My experience with the staff at Dr. Clark's office was excellent. From the receptionist all the way to the dental assistant everybody was courteous and very helpful and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible at the dentist office. Dr. Clark did an excellent job explaining to me the procedure and what he was going to do and again went out of his way to make me feel as comfortable as possible.

Everyone in the office was so friendly and nice. They all made me feel very comfortable before, during and after my procedure. I will certainly recommend Dr. Clarke to all my friends and anyone who needs dental help. Have a super day, and God Bless you all!!!!

No one wants a root canal and when we have to get one the jitters kick in. I had called two offices prior to calling Dr. Clarke's office and was going to have to wait 7 to 8 weeks to get in. This was God working because what an experience with Dr. Clarke and his staff. The office staff was FABULOUS, she put me at ease and made me feel like a person and that I was important. Dr. Clarke was AWESOME as well, he understood I was nervous and was calm and polite. He explained every step to me so I knew what was happening. This put me at ease and I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my experience.

I was absolutely terrified when I had to get an emergency root canal, and to say I wasn't looking forward to it is the understatement of the year. Dr. Clark and his staff were friendly, informative, and put me at ease. The procedure itself was simple and painless - two words I had NO idea could be used to describe a root canal! I said yes to the nitrous oxide and it really made the whole process more bearable. If you are nervous about getting a root canal like I was, trust that these guys are the best and it won't be as bad as you think!

Through the years I have had numerous bad dental experiences so I get very anxiois and occasional panick attacks at the thought of going until I met Dr Clarke! Truly in my 50 years never met a dentist that put me at such ease, made me feel calm and such painless procedure for the not 1 but 2 separate root canals had done, simply amazing. I can not recommend him enough and his staff is wonderful! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Clarke and his assistant Jehna, made me feel totally at ease throughout a long procedure. The front office staff were also very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Clarke.

OMG! Dr. Clarke did a great job! I can't thank him enough. The staff was so great. Eleah was even extra nice to me. She made me feel at home. I made a bunch of mistakes on my paperwork, they didn't get mad or upset... they helped to work them all out for me. With out the staff, I would've been so lost. It's funny to say... but this was the best root canal I have ever had. I hope to never have another root canal, but if I do, I will 100% be going back here. I have bad teeth, I know this. I never felt as though anyone in the office was judging my bad dental practices. They made me feel comfortable all the way through the procedure, from beginning to end. 100% recommend

I needed an emergency Root Canal prior to leaving on vacation. The staff worked hard to fit me in the schedule. Everyone was kind. Dr Clarke explained each step of the process as he was performing them. All in all a very good experience. I would definitely recommend!

My dentist sent me to Dr Clarke July 2020 due to resorption on a front tooth to see if he could save it. After doing a cone x-ray he said he felt he could save it. So he did a root canal that day. I was told to come back a year later in July 2021to have another X-ray and see how it was doing. After looking at the new X-ray he said it looked fine. In August 2021 I asked my dentist at regular check up if my gums were receding and he sent me to a periodontist to get his opinion. He took a cone X-ray and was very concerned about the tooth that Dr Clarke did the root canal on. He wouldn't let me leave till he contacted my dentist and spoke with him about the condition of that tooth. My dentist contacted Dr Clarke and told him the periodontist said my tooth was dead from the root canal and what the X-ray showed. Dr Clarke said that it looked fine from their angle on the X-ray. My dentist had me come to his office and did the same special X-ray at no charge and he agreed with the periodontist that it needed to be pulled it was beyond saving. I contacted Dr Clarke's office and informed them that the periodontist said that he went too deep and that when he drilled in he went sideways and hit the tooth. When that happens the tooth can't be saved. The office staff said he needed to go in deep but nothing was said about him killing the tooth by drilling into the base of it. I ended up having it pulled and a bone graft was necessary as it was January 2022 before I could get in to have the issue taken care of. If I hadn't asked about my gums it would have went on longer and I would have had more bone loss due to his mistake. Just beware as I thought he had done a wonderful job. This has been very expensive. I needed an implant and am still waiting till I can have a tooth made. I paid Dr Clarke $1,500 that just went down the drain.

I was in excruciating pain and Dr. Clarke got me in the next day (unlike other places that could only make appointments for two weeks out). Dr. Clarke was able to identify the problem tooth and got it taken care of quickly and efficiently with little to no pain at all for me. He truly was a life saver.

If you need a root canal, this is the place for you. Dr. Charles Clarke is top notch! He talks you through the procedure. He's very polite, and he has a great sense of humor. The girls in his office, the X-ray tech, and his assistant, are genuinely kind and professional. You can tell they enjoy their job. Exceptional service, exceptional medical professionals!

I had a tooth turn bad quickly. I contacted Advanced Endodontics and explained my situation. They scheduled me 2 hrs later. Dr. Clarke and staff were nothing short of efficient and professional! Tooth fixed within hours of contacting them...never fun getting a root canal; but they made it as easier than I could've imagined.

Wait for treatment was a little too long after arriving for my appointment time. Of course, I assume that Dr. Clarke was working with another patient, and I would want the same dedication if he were working on me. So, I made no mention of it. Treatment was exceptional. Dr. Clarke explained what he was going to do before he started the procedure and showed me the x-rays so I could understand his explanation. Once started Dr. Clarke was dedicated to the procedure. He explained what he was doing as he went along. The procedure was quick and pain free. I would go back to Dr. Clarke in the future if I needed another root canal and I would certainly recommend him to others.

Actually enjoyed my time here. Is that possible? Very helpful staff from the first call. Upfront with pricing and how insurance works. Beautiful facility with amazing technology. Hope to never have another root canal but if I do I'm going here. Dr. Clarke is a true professional and explains the process thoroughly.
