When not in the office, Dr. Hatley enjoys the opportunity to give back to his community as a member of the Cosmopolitan Mens Club, and as a mentor for local college students. He also enjoys golf, motorcycling, boating at the Lake of the Ozarks, and spending time with his wife, Robyn, and their four daughters: Jennifer, Jessica, Kennedy and Lauren.
