Really good dentist clinic in the barstow area. The staff is great and the Doctors are professional and give good advice and take pride in their work. I would recommend any military families if looking for a off post dental for family near irwin I would choose this place .

Thanks to Dr. Chang and Toni. Enjoyed having my dental checkup and getting my teeth cleaned. Toni always does an awesome job cleaning the teeth. She is does a thorough job and is always patient. We are very fortunate to have such good service from Dr. Chang and staff in Barstow.

Update: after posting this the dental office called to talk "explain what happened" they basically saw my review and wanted me to change it or take it down. This dental office has been nothing but trouble since we made our first appt and has shady business practices. We are stationed at fort Irwin and there are limited dental options in the area. The dental office scheduled our appt wrong then when we showed up at the time they stated told us they don't make appts for that time and it is an hour later. Both visits to the office were over 4 hours in length for my wife and both children. We moved here from Kansas and gave them the dental office information from there to be sent to them. Well they requested the information never received anything and did not tell us. So they ended up taking X-rays that have already been done within the time period of our insurance so now we have to pay out of pocket. The Dental office also has no idea how Tricare works I was on the phone with Tricare and the dental office at the same time and they still charged us up front after they told us we will bill Tricare first.Tricare told them they will need to send the invoice. I would not recommend to anyone especially military.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff and doctors is amazing! I was made to feel welcome, heard, and my questions were answered thoroughly. I can not recommend Dr. Chang dental enough!

Dr. Chang took over the practice from Dr. Meikle and intially I was apprehensive going to a new dentist. I am impressed with the revamping of the office to include updated equipment/technology; even the chance to watch Netflix while dental work is underway. The office staff provides great service as well. Dr. Chang is knowledgable and cares about his patients. I am aware of many people who stopped going to this facility because Dr. Chang provides preventative care to avoid major teeth problems in the future. BUT he does care about his patients. Give him a try if you are seeking a new dentist. I just had a cleaning yesterday and I'm pleased with the services I receive here. Dr. Chang and his entire staff are professional. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be called in. I also posted on my social media the office phone number and the importance of oral hygiene!
