Husband was scheduled for full bottom teeth extraction with immediate dentures. He has severe anxiety asked for the numbing cream on gums before the shots, put cream on but didn't wait to numb up before shots. Husband walked made an appt with diff Aspen office so asked for his denture to take with instead of putting it in a cup was handed to him in a zip lock bag with water in it. 8,000 for services already paid for and this is what you get???
