I had my teeth cleaned today and I believe the hygenist did a good job. The office staff is not so good and clearly needs more training. They can't adequately explain bills and they don't know how to deal with insurance claims. I pay for dental insurance and I feel that dealing with the insurer should be their job and not mine. I won't be returning there for cleanings until they get their act together. I hold Dr Lalsingh in high regard but his staff is letting him down. I chose to not make a scene in the office today out of respect for Dr. Lalsingh but I left quite angry.

This office is the absolute best! I have so much anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but not here! The front desk women Hannah and Kenya are amazing, so patient and wonderful. My hygienist Renee is awesome as well so gentle and makes my visits so much easier. Dr lalsingh is very experienced and has such a great bedside manner. The entire staff and dr is the best office I have ever been. I'm so very lucky to have found this office and I won't ever go elsewhere. If your looking for a great periodontal office, awesome friendly patient staff here you are! I promise you won't be disappointed make that call!

Very caring, professional staff and Dr. Lalsingh is by far the best! Prices for procedures are not inflated like many of the others.

I have attended Dr. Lalsingh for 3 procedures and on each occasion, the visit was at its best professional standard. His staff was very courteous and pleasant, starting with Kenya at the front desk / reception, all the way to he and Hilary, his direct assistant, who made a normally difficult set of procedures quite comfortable and time efficient. Each visit was followed up by an evening personal call from Dr. Lalsingh to ensure that I was doing alright after each procedure. I should have expected my experience, as on my first visit, a patient who was leaving, whom I did not know, said to me while I was checking in, that I had chosen, the right doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Lalsingh and his team!

I want to Dr. Lalsingh for a consultation. His staff was incredible, they were patient & helpful. Dr. Lansingh answered all my questions & took his time explaining what work needs to be done for my tooth.

I'm always treated well in Dr. Lalsingh's office.The Dental Higienist Rene does a fabulous job and when she's done she calls in Dr. Lalsingh to check me out---- and I usually get a good report ,and why not -I'm well cared for there.

From the moment that I entered the office I was greeted by a beautiful office, decorated with fall accessories and staff welcoming me! RARE these days! The entire staff, from Jason, Kenya and Dr. Lalsingh were simply the best. I am looking forward to some dental work...!

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The Doctor took time explaining the problem and clearly discussed options for taking care of the problem. Highly recommend.

As a New patient I found staff to be very kind , and comforting amongst entrance . Staff , and doctor kindly show concern in doing their best . Very helpful, and want the best results. I will happily be returning for further work . Thank you

Short and sweet. A check up to finalise implants. Totally disappointed in that my implants were not ready after soooo many months. Have to wait three weeks more and coordinate the final steps with my dentist.

Olivia and Dr. Lalsingh are truly the most kind and genuine people! They took away my anxiety and made me feel so comfortable. Olivia talked to me during the entire process of my SRP to make sure I was doing ok. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I was anticipating some sort of pain or discomfort after the numbing wore off but I experienced absolutely 0 pain. Thanks again Olivia & Dr. Lalsingh you guys are the best! -Sam

I have been seeing a perio regularly for cleanings about thirty years. I have had a few excellent hygienists, but Olivia is by far the best!! Checks all the boxes. Expert, friendly, personable, and informative. As is the staff at the front desk. Dr. Lalsingh is a pleasure too. Big smile. warm, honest and caring!
