I myself am petrified of Dental offices, the sound of drilling, and scraping sends my anxiety into overload. Dr. State is about the patient comfort. He is sooo very gentle, kind and puts your needs and comfort first. I would proudly refer any patient to his office for periodontal and gums surgery. Thank you to you and your staff for making my time easy

I was referred to Dr. State for a second opinion on whether my tooth needed to be extracted due to an underlining infection. I really wanted to save the tooth if at all possible and he was working with me to explore all the options. He took the time to answer all my questions/concerns then walked me through the alternatives. I walked away with a peace of mind that I was making the right decision. His staff was friendly and amazing as well. Even though I didn't choose to extract that day, I have no doubt Dr. State and his staff would have done a good job. Highly recommend Dr. State for a second opinion if your dentist recommends any gum treatment, extraction, or implants.

I was a previous patient of Dr Russell Weaver whom I trusted completely. So I had my concerns when he retired from practice and Dr State assumed his practice. I had my first appt with Dr State today and I couldn't have been more pleased! His office in EDH, his staff and his quality of care are all top notch. He aligned my fears about my implant and explored a patient centered treatment plan. He really is kind, gentle and caring. He took time to listen and completed a thorough exam. I meet Maggie, his Dental Assistant, who was amazing. I usually go through a fair amount of of discomfort from xrays but not today. I also meet Kiara his Dental How and she was also friendly, gentle and professional. Many thanks to Dr State and his staff for a great visit. I would highly recommend them for any Periodontist needs.
