Upon graduating from Boston College, Magna Cum Laude in 2008, Dr. Jess enteredStony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. While in dental school, Dr. Jess was the recipient of the New York State Dental Foundation Deans Award, American College of Prosthodontics Achievement Award, and Academy General Dentistry Award.
After dental school, she continued her specialty training and earned her Prosthodontics certificate at Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. She had the privilege of being the Chief Resident in her final year of residency.
Dr. Yu also loves to give back to the community and those in need. She traveled to Pine Ridge with the school faculty for a two-week outreach experience through the Indian Health Service to provide prosthodontic care for a unique remote Native American community She also went to the island of Jamaica to provide much needed dental services in the form of extractions and cleanings for a small community of people in Buff Bay.
Dr. Matt Beopjin Kim graduated from Stony Brook University with a BS inbiochemistry. Hes then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree atthe Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Kimwent on to pursue a post-doctoral residency program in General Dentistryat Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx, New York.
Hes is a member ofAmerican Dental Association, New York State Dental Association. Dr. Kimstrives to update his skills and education through continuing educationcourses and seminars and by regularly attending regional dental meetingssuch as the Greater New York Dental Meeting and ADA annual meeting. Dr.Kim is also Invisalign certified.
Dr. Anthony Randi graduated from the Columbia School of Dental Medicine in 1982. While practicing with his father Dr. Joseph Randi, he returned to Columbia to complete his special training in prosthodontics in 1985. Upon completing the prosthetic postgraduate program Dr. Randi returned to his full time dental practice. Dr. Randi continues to volunteer his time as an associate clinical professor at Columbia University which he as done for over 30 years.
Dr. Anthony Randi maintains active memberships in the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, Nassau County Dental Society, American College of Prosthetics, Academy of Osseointegration, Greater New York Academy of Prosthetics, and the New York academy of Dentistry. Dr. Randi has published several research papers in peer reviewed dental journals. He continues to mentor current research projects with his students in the postgraduate prosthetic program at Columbia University.
Dr. Anthony Randi is also very active in his community. He is the founder and director of the Jay GallagherMemorial foundation. This foundation runs a yearly lacrosse tournament that raises money and awareness for several local charities. He also has been very active with the youth group at the Garden City Community church by joining them on numerous mission trips around the country.
Dr. Ruth Randi joined her husband and father-in-law in the practice. Both Drs. Anthony and Ruth greatly enjoyed working with, and learning from their very talented father, Dr. Joseph Randi until his retirement in 1994.
Dr. Ruth Randi graduated from the Columbia School of Dental Medicine in 1985. Upon graduation, Dr. Ruth joined private practice with Drs. Joseph and Anthony Randi. She also maintained a part-time faculty position at Columbia until the birth of their first child. Dr. Randi maintains active memberships in the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society, and Nassau County Dental Society. Dr. Randi sits on the board of Peer Review for Nassau County dental Society.
While raising her children Dr. Randi was a leader for a busy Girl Scout troop, volunteered at the children's school, and taught Sunday school. She is also a member of the Garden City Community Church where she has served on several boards and continues to usher at the Sunday services. Along with the rest of her family, Dr. Randi plays an active role in the Jay Gallagher Memorial Foundation.
