Thea and her husband moved to Bowling Green in October 2015 from Kansas. She has 14 years of experience working in the dental office field and began working for Dr. Travelsted in May of 2016. She loves her dog, enjoys watching KU basketball, and of course loves working at SKS!
Erika is a Bowling Green native. She attended Western Kentucky University in which she graduated with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been practicing hygiene for seven years. When Erika is not scaling teeth, she enjoys playing with her two dogs and exercising at CrossFit. Happy Flossing!
Cortney and her husband just moved to BG in June from West Virginia. She has been a Dental Hygienist working in private practice for six years. When she is not treating patients she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. She also loves reading and traveling!
Keri is our Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. She received her certification from U of L school of dentistry, and has been practicing in the dental field for eight years. Keri enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, attending her childrens sporting events and baking custom cakes. She looks forward to seeing patients smiling faces!
My training as a general dentist allows me to help patients with a wide variety of needs; fillings, crowns and bridges, ZOOM whitening, treating children, treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, and restoring dental implants to function just to name a few. I am always searching for the most current materials and techniques available to provide optimal patient care.
With the exception of my four years in Lexington, I have called Bowling Green home. My wife and I are both proud WKU alumni. When not working, we like to spend time outdoors, kayaking, hunting, and wood-working.
I believe passionately in preventive treatment and patient education in order to develop a lasting partnership with every patient.
