We want to prevent, restore, and maintain your oral health to minimize any future dental issues. We believe in offering options in order to work with each persons individual situation. Again, our focus is to partner with you in managing the well-being of your oral health for the long term.
Dr. Wilson was raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in French from Emory University (1983). She earned her post doctorate degree of Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry at Birmingham (1987). She has been practicing dentistry in West Knoxville for 30 years. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, The Tennessee Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the American Association of Women Dentists. She has had clinical study on implant restoration from the Zimmer Implant Institution in Carlsbad, CA. She believes in continuing education, in order to maintain her skills and knowledge in this ever changing field. She prefers building long term relationships with her patients as it pertains to their oral health. In her practice, the care and needs of patients always comes first. She considers it a privilege to serve her patients and strives to do it well. Dr. Wilson lives in West Knoxville with her husband and their three dogs. They have two grown daughters and her favorite past time is watching SEC football, traveling, and being at the lake.
Gail is an East Tennessee native. She attended Tennessee College of Applied Technology where she earned her Registered Dental Assistant degree. She has been working as an R.D.A. for 30 years, and has been working with Dr. Wilsons office for 20 years. She is a valuable asset to the office, since she is cross trained. Her job description has been broad. She is currently our front office coordinator, but she is also licensed to take radiographs, monitor nitrous oxide, and do coronal polishing. Gail and her husband love spending time with their family and five grandchildren.
Jane is an East Tennessee native. She graduated from East Tennessee State University as a registered dental hygienist and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Science Education. She has practiced hygiene for 40 years, in private practice and with the Knox County Health Department. Jane continues to see patients in a limited capacity, as she fills in for us when necessary. Currently she has her hands full running her AirBNB she is quite the entrepreneur! Jane loves her family, friends, and farm menagerie. When she is not working, Jane loves being at the lake!
Katie is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is a graduate of Roane States Dental Hygiene Program. Katie has been with our office since June of 2018 and our patients love her! She is an excellent hygienist who cares about your oral health and wants to make every visit a positive experience. Katie is an East Tennessee native, from a small town just outside of Knoxville. When she isnt chairside, she is enjoying outdoor activities with her husband and their new German shepherd puppy, Zeus.
Veronica has been in Tennessee since 2008 and earned her Registered Dental Hygiene license at Roane State in 2018. She joined our practice in May of 2020. She brings excellent clinical skills, chairside education, and professionalism to our practice. Patients find her very approachable. Veronica is a new bride! She and her husband are Steelers and Bengals fans (house divided!) When shes not watching football, she likes trying new recipes, exercising, and designing our new face masks! She has many hidden talents!
Luminita graduated from Tennessee College of Applied Technology in 2016. She is a Registered Dental Assistant. She is certified in radiology, sealant placement, coronal polishing, and nitrous oxide monitoring. Luminita has been with Dr. Wilsons office for the past four years. Her duties include being the Safety Coordinator and working chairside. Her gentle demeanor puts patients at ease. She loves spending time with her family and her handsome parrot, Taco!

Dr. Wilson is a true family dentist. She and her staff provide a wonderful experience for all members of the family. They always treat their patients like family. The entire staff are fantastic, and Dr. Wilson always gives each patient her complete attention. I would highly recommend them.

The staff here are very nice and personable. The hygienist I had was the most thorough I have ever had while not being as painful as other hygienists at different offices. The facility had technology to help me see pictures of the inside of my mouth so I could better see where my problem areas were. The dentist was nice as well and recommended and explained things that I had not heard of before to help out my gum health. Best part was my insurance covered the whole check up/cleaning. Will definitely go back.

Dr. Wilson and her staff are the very best! I had a semi emergency situation and they told me to come to their office immediately and they would see me. At 4:30 in the afternoon there was no hesitation. The staff is highly professional and compassionate which is what everyone needs in their dentist's office.
