It took 4 weeks to see the dentist and I still walked out in pain. Dr. Morales told me to come back after I find an oral surgeon so she could give me a referral. The dentist didn't show any concern or care for me as her patient, however, she was very sarcastic. She even went as far as to imply I was lying about even being in pain!!! This is the worst experience I've ever had at a dentist office!!!

My husband walked in today and was out within 25 mins. He was told that his tooth was cracked and n oral surgeon would have to extract it - specifically because the depth of the crack could not be estimated. There was no x-Ray done, no further explanation. My husband was able to secure another appointment for one hour later with another dentist that took an x-ray of the tooth, examined with detail, explained the situation and the options in detail and offered a cleaning. Radically different experience!

Called to make an appointment. Reception informed me that my insurance. She was extreme rude when I tried to explain that my insurance told me that they should be accepted.

Dr. Morales was able to diagnose and fix my tooth in no time. No more pain. I also brought my 7 year old son with me and he got the cleaning he needed. I would recommend her to anyone.

Excellent bridge work done for me over 15 yrs. ago , all in great condition today. I now reside in Savannah , GA and received a complement from my present Dental Hygienist re: how "natural" my bridge work looks.
