Dr. Carol Jin provides exceptional dentistry in the greater Bay Area. She is dedicated to her community and is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, The Bay Area Study Club and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She has received advanced certifications in sedation dentistry from DOCS Sedation Organization and advanced training in cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry from Las Vegas Institute, the postgraduate dental training institution.
Dr. Jin graduated from one of the top five schools in the nation, University of California, San Francisco Dental School and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology from the University of California, Los Angeles. It is a real pleasure to have Dr. Jin as my dentist. She's very knowledgeable while making me feel cared for and important. The dental hygienist in her office are also great! I moved away and still make the drive with pleasure.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Jin for years and we are incredibly happy with her and her staff. Dr. Jin is very thorough and makes sure you get the best care possible. She also refers high quality doctors so you don't have to worry about who you will get for an outside procedure. I don't have much experience with other dentists but, based on my experience and reading other reviews, I strongly believe she has the best practice in the Bay Area! The office staff and dental hygienists are fabulous - they are very friendly and accommodating. Like Dr. Jin, the hygienists are gentle and thorough while the office staff are timely and personable. Since I started working in Palo Alto, it was hard finding a time to come in for a cleaning appointment and I asked Ashley to let me know if there are any 8am cancellations. As soon as there was, she called me right away, which I really appreciated, and she has been very kind in general! Highly recommend going here even if there is a long wait for new patients!

Once again, a fantastic experience at Dr. Jin's office. The staff are kind and well I formed. Dr. Jin is a terrific practitioner; her expertise and personal touch is exemplary. I drive 3.5 hours every visit and glad to do it!

Fantastic clinic, amazing dental hygienists! Dr. Jin is professional, answers all questions and is very caring. Having been coming to her clinic for years and have never had an issue. Highly recommend! The dental hygienists are also gentle which is a plus, especially since I have very sensitive teeth.

I suffered trauma at the hands of a dentist when I was young so to this day I am terrified of going to the dentist. I am 58 and I still cry. However Dr. Jin is soooo patient, calming and reassuring that I can actually go to her and feel comfortable in her care. She is very skilled in her craft. I've moved but I now take the drive just to see Dr. Jin. I HIGHLY recommend her to all.

I had an unexpected request for a referral to an oral surgeon and Dr. Jin's team was able to fit me into her schedule. I was able to see the surgeon for an extraction, which was a relief. The office and team were very helpful, and I intend to make Dr. Jin my permanent dentist.
