Did not complete the service and sent me a bill 6 months later claiming that they had sent me 4 bills and that the bill went from $2.74 to $182.40 because of late fees. Wow especially sense I didn't get a bill and when I did it was to my wife and to an address from 2016. My wife hadn't been there since 2016. They like to send out random bills and don't work with you and just threaten you with collections. Don't use them.

I have been going to Dr. Ramos ever since he took over the practice of Dr. Benz. He is an excellent dentist, and his staff are unmatched, in my opinion. It is always a pleasure to see them when I have appointments. I would recommend them hands down!!!

Dr. Ramos and his staff were all very professional and friendly. Both Dr. Ramos and the dental hygienist were thorough and answered my questions. The rest of my family have had equally positive experiences.

very good experience, professional and friendly staff. Dr. Ramos will remain my dentist because I'm happy with his service and staff. ladies in the front are awesome and accommodating when scheduling appointments.

I went for a routine cleaning. They were short staffed due to hygienist being out for Covid. Dr Ramos did my cleaning. Halfway through, he got up and left. His assistant came and told me I needed an extensive cleaning because it had been a year since my last cleaning. It would cost an extra $165 and was not covered by my insurance. If I need it then fine but I received a very poorly performed routine cleaning which was rushed and was charged for a deep cleaning. X-rays were taken but no one showed me the results which is very unusual. I can sympathize with employees not coming to work due to Covid but I would have been happy to reschedule. I don't usually complain but i was taken advantage of. In reply to your response. You should be ashamed. My review is not based on what you claim I needed. It's based on what you charged me and what I didn't receive. You did not perform an extensive cleaning. It was a very poor and rushed attempt at a basic cleaning. Had you not charged me $165, I would have left and not felt the need to leave this review but you did charge me and you did nothing beyond a basic cleaning which was covered by my insurance. You never asked if I had my teeth cleaned elsewhere within the last year. You just assumed I hadn't. If I had such terrible buildup as you claim, I think you would have performed the extensive cleaning I paid for. I could list the other things you didn't do which are part of a routine cleaning but you know what you didn't do. I'm the past, I've always been shown my X-rays whether remarkable or not. I paid for them.

Dr Ramos, Alianna and the staff are extremely friendly and make sure you are taken care of. Yesterday he did 2 build ups and a small filling and it went so smooth. Thank you for the great care!

I met Dr. Ramos and his team by pure luck. I already had a dentist who told me couldn't help me with the problem I had, and this was 2 days before Thanksgiving. It was a general dentristry problem. I called several places and all full for weeks. His office inquired about my problem and somehow found the time to take care of me. I didn't wait more than 15 minutes in the waiting room and he and his staff resolved my problem. It is so nice and a rarity these days when people go out of there way to help a client or patient. I commend Dr. Ramos and his team.

I'm very pleased with Dr. Ramous and his staff. Several years ago I was literally in the chair having a crown put in when Dr. Ramous told me he thought he could save my molar with just a filling. He showed me again the x-ray of my tooth, which had a tiny crack, and said that once he drilled down, it wasn't as deep as he thought. I walked out of that office with an extra $1200 in my pocket. No doubt he could have given me that crown, took my $1200 and billed my insurance. I've not had a problem with that tooth since. Now, my whole family sees him and I highly recommend his services.

Very bad experience. It started with numerous text messages when Covid hit the constant harassment to come into the office when I told them I was uncomfortable with coming in.The clencher was when Ms Cooper decided to try to extort $10 from me claiming it's for masks & supplies, but never asking for it just added to my copay. I quickly let her know that's not the patient's responsibility and she tried to guilt trip me by reminding me when I was late paying copay how the doctor was nice enough to work with me. Very manipulative and unprofessional. Never again. Re: Response. Wow at trying to rationalize what was done to me. You asked me for the $10, then contacted my insurance , then billed me $20. Absolutely unprofessional.

I began with this practice a little over a year and a half ago. one of those "doc in the box" dental practices, I had a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended), and was looking to go back to a smaller, more intimate practice. I missed the feeling of being "family", instead of just a number in an assembly line. Let me tell you I have found that and more with this practice. I can't say enough abt the front office staff- Cooper is the most wonderfully thoughtful, genuine and caring person I've ever met. She takes the time to ask me abt me, and my family, even if she's extremely busy. Janine and I always have laughs over the phone or in the office together. She is so sweet. Joanna, my hygienist (who weirdly enough was my hygienist at the formerly mentioned assembly line dentist!) is the most gentle hygienist I've ever had. She is so soft spoken, calming and listens really well when I need a break. She is respectful of my extreme sensitivity issues with my teeth. She will let me take as long as I need, but gets it done right every time! Last but not least- dr Ramos! This amazing human being has been so kind to me, understanding and helpful/ no matter what issue I have going on, dentally or personally. We recently lost a loved one and were strapped having to pay for the arrangements, and my veneer fell off- right on one of my front teeth! Talk abt great timing! I was so self conscious bc it looked awful, and was dealing with the loss in our family. Not only did he listen when I was explaining the pain our family was feeling, but he saved me A LOT of money on the procedure to fix my veneer. He gave me back a reason to smile, figuratively and literally. I can not say enough abt how wonderful this place is and how amazing the ppl are that work in it! If I could give them a million stars, I would. They are worth every one of those stars!

The Best, I am glad I was able to add a cleaning visit along with the need to have my crown replaced. As always the visit was excellent and as I stated Dr.Ramos and his great staff from Copper to all the great assistance in all facets of my cleaning and crown replacement. Would recommend to anyone who needs a Dentist.

I have been going to this practice back when Dr. Benz ran it and was sad to see him leave but once Dr. Ramos took over I have been more than pleased. Dr. Ramos is extremely knowledgeable and honest!! Which means a lot to me since we don't have dental insurance. The staff is awesome too! The moment you walk in, Cooper will greet you and make you feel welcomed. Love her!! And Jeannie, Dr. Ramos's wife, is always there to make me feel like family. I highly recommend this practice in more ways than one!!

My daughter, Stacie, is a relatively new Hygienist with Doctor Ramos and I do not let anyone clean my teeth but her. She has been so pleased with her experience at his practice, that she made me an appointment as soon as possible. I am very impressed with Doctor Ramos. He took his time with me and explained my dental plan. He was not pushy about my coming back to have any work done and I appreciate that because other Dentist that I have been to were not the same. Thank you Doctor Ramos for hiring an outstanding team! I work in an industry that allows me to interact with people all day - your team is friendly, knowledgeable and accessible for questions - excellent choices were made for your staff.

HAD TO HAVE A CROWN DONE . THEY DID THE TEMP CROWN AND DID A GREAT JOB. DR RAMOS TOOK A LOT OF TIME TO GET THE CROWN DONE JUST RIGHT... BEING GOING TO HIM FOR A FEW YEARS, HE HAS ALWAYS DID A OUTSTANDING JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.....
