This has been one of the best group of people that I've had a pleasure to meet. The staff in this office are very friendly & professional. This was my 3rd time getting braces and by far the best. We talked about the time frame I would like to have the braces on for and he completely the job in time..Pricing was the best as well. Carlos and staff, thank you. I will miss all those pretty faces as well. Eddy g, patient

I have been coming to Fiallo's office since I was a child and for the past 17 years I have been coming, I have never had a bad experience. Everybody at the front desk is always sweet and welcoming and ask how me and my family are doing. All of my hygienists that have done my cleanings i've always been gentle, engage well and leave great results.

Do not go to this guy for ortho!!!! I have had my braces on for 7 years my work is botched and it have cost me another year of paying out of pocket at another office which I should went from the beginning. I was warned about this office but I didn't listen. Save your self the headache with this guy and his unprofessional money hungry staff!!!! Only thing I miss is not paying a co-payment because they rigged up the bill!!!

Dr. Carlos Fiallo has been my dentist for over 15 years. He has corrected my teeth and it has given me such pride when I smile. Anytime I visit this office, Dr. Fiallo and his staff have always been respectful, pleasant, and caring. I have never experienced any pain while having my mouth worked on. They are very professional and care about their patient

(PART 2)I made my appointment for 5:30pm. As soon as I arrived I had to sign a paper agreeing to allow them to bill my insurance which I thought was odd since I hadn't even got serviced yet.. She directed me to an empty room and I waited for the doctor to see me. Little did I know his assistant, who speaks no English, was the one who took a look at my teeth. I asked her if they were going to replace the wire i already have in my broken Spanish and she said she had to ask the doctor. I overheard her and the doctor talking in Spanish and after some time the front desk lady, Adriana surely came in to let me know I would had to pay more money. I told her that was fine. She was pushy and said I had to pay before getting serviced. I told her that was fine to bill my insurance. She rolled her eyes and said my insurance does not cover it. I told her to double check as I was sure my insurance does in fact cover it. The office manager herself told me the day before that everything would be covered. She complained and told me the office manager was not there so she'd have to call her to verify... as if I was inconveniencing HER. I asked when I would be seeing the doctor only for her to snap at me and tell me he was not there. At this point, I was quite confused. His assistant just told me she was going to get him and now this lady is telling me he is not there? I told her what his assistant told me and she again rolled her eyes and told me "I don't know what she told you but I am telling you he just left." At this point I am very upset and confused for a few reasons. She is telling me that my insurance does not cover it when the day before my appointment the office manager told me my insurance covers everything, the fact that the "doctor" bounced on his patients with no explanation or apology from him or his staff, not to mention the staffs entire attitude. Adriana storms out and his assistant comes in and tells me the doctor left early. People, in what world do you make an appointment and the doctor decides to bounce and leave early?! I was not having it as I left work early and drove over an hour in traffic to only be told that he skipped town. Adriana returns and tells me that she verified with the office manager and sure enough my insurance does in fact cover it but that unfortunately if I want to remove my wire his assistant is not equipped to do that solo as she is not a doctor. I proceed to ask her what they plan on doing with the other patients since he left. She said she works closely with the doctor so she knows more or less how to do things but nothing in regards to removing wiring. I then asked who would take my impressions and xrays and she replied well " I'm not a doctor but I can try?" Talk about unprofessional............. She said she could book another appointment with him that same week at the same time... I told her to make it first thing in the morning this way in case he decided to leave early, I would be able to see him. She told me not to worry that he'd see me and I was his first appointment. I ended up leaving only to get a call the next day from the office manager telling me that "Dr" Carlos Fiallo does not want to be my orthodontist to find another one. In all honestly, I didn't know how to react. I expected an apology for having made me drive over an hour and him to apologize for his unorganized office staff but instead I was being informed that he is refusing service? For what reason, I am not sure. I voiced this and the office manager was rude and told me ultimately if the doctor is refusing service it is his decision. I realize this review is quite lengthy but all you need to know is "DR".CARLOS FIALLO AND STAFF ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE AND YOU SHOULD NOT BOTHER PAYING THEM A VISIT. 0/10
