Sitting in the E.R. after I went here to have a tooth pulled. They pulled the tooth just fine, and told me they would phone in a prescription to the pharmacy. I get to the pharmacy and find out its for ibuprofen. The pharmacist looks at me and tells me to call the dental office because that's B.S... and when I do they tells me they don't have the license to proscribe narcotic medication. Now the Lidocaine is not working anymore and after calling various pain clinics and urgent care facilities I sit here pain Lvl 8 and it looks like it will be a few hours before I see any relief... If I'm fortunate.

Excellent service from the reception to the procedure. Great bed side manners and great customer service. I was in and out in half hour after a molar extraction. Highly recommend.

I have tried unsuccessfully for two days to get an appointment as an emergency patient. It is so discouraging to speak to whomever answered the phone for their lack of empathy and lack of professionalism. I've been in unbearable pain for several days now and all they can tell me is that I'm on a waiting list.

We have been seeing Dr. Romero for a few years now and have had very positive experiences by all their staff. Recently I was referred by Dr. Romero to The Endodontic Specialists - Laredo. Just prior to my appointment I was told that they did not accept my insurance. I was also told that they were the only endodontist in Laredo and that I would have to seek an endodontist in San Antonio. I was in much discomfort and decided to proceed with the appointment. I take responsibility for not verifying this but I was notified as I was driving to my appointment. When I called my insurance to see if I could file a claim I was told there are multiple endodontist in Laredo that fall under my network. My bad. I do not know why Dr. Romero and his staff referred me to an endodontist out of my network. His staff should be cognizant of their referrals insurances. We will probably seek another dentist.

Excellent service. They are also fantastic with children. Staff is very friendly and professional and the practice is immaculately clean! Great doctors but very down to earth with great " bedside manner". I have truated them for years with my entire family.

I had a filling and wisdom teeth extraction procedure done today with Dr. Pope and he was such a professional. I could not feel a thing and the procedure went very smoothly. I was nervous going in but he made everything very relaxing. Highly recommend this office.
