Approaching hour 4 for a filling and still no doctor. They even asked me to come in early! I dropped everything, literally lunch on table and got there and was told, "Oops sorry we didn't think a patient was going to show up but they did so you gotta wait." "Go do other stuff and we will call you." I don't "have other stuff to do" and they knew I was coming from Piedras. Recap: I came 1 hour early for them and now am 3 hours past my original appointment and still waiting. Spent the time looking for another dentist. I've been with them for 5 years with both kids and I am tired of them booking beyond their capabilities. Sorry just doesn't Cut it anymore.

Girl who calls me to verify appointment was very unprofessional on the phone, and is not organized when it comes to documentation, time slots, and waiting time etc. It's one BIG MESS. She doesn't have to be so rude and tell me what time I should travel to my destination. That's not her business to know what I personally do before an appointment. Front desk lacks office and social skills on how to deal with clients. I've been coming here for many years, this is the 1st time I have felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed here. I'm so saddened to see how once it was so welcoming , the peace be upon you was beautiful,and how Dr. De la Pena was so inspirational on his words of the Lord though I am in a different religion, I respected it, because we have the same God. But being here today you can feel the ugliness, darkness and the coldness . I even cried on the way home because the ugliest hearts I saw in people.

Worst place ever! Wait time is over 3 hours. I had to cancel. Manger is super rude . Go anywhere but there!!!!! Not worth you time and money. I'm going too write yo the umc to never refer people here

This guy is a total fraud. He forced my son to swallow large amounts of alginate impression mix during the making of impressions. My son vomited during and after the procedure all day. I yelled at the dentist to stop, he said "I know what I'm doing". He does very sloppy work. Also he had no specialty training, only a general dentist but tries to promote himself as an orthodontist. Folks, he's a shady fraud and needs to be stopped.

I've seen De la Pena for years, he pulled out my wisdom teeth and I had the best experience ever!! No pain, he talked throughout the whole procedure!! He is the best of the best, him and his staff are amazing!! He's knowledgeable and very calm and sweet!! Very humble and listens to his patients!! I recommend him to everyone I know !!

I would Not recommend. Everyone is friendly but this is the only dentist's office where I've heard cries of pain coming from the back, that should have been my warning to leave. I discovered at another dentist that all sorts of work hadn't been done that should have been, and my experience getting fillings was very traumatic. Bring a book or three because wait times are hours long, too.

I've seen De la Pena for years, he pulled out my wisdom teeth and I had the best experience ever!! No pain, he talked throughout the whole procedure!! Awesome dentist ! I was so scared to go here in eagle pass. But, my sister recommended me him, and I ended up loving it. He makes you feel at ease and answers all your questions. Everyone is so nice and make you feel like they care. Love it 100%

*Setting an Appointment: Very flexible *Waiting Area: Clean and simple, tv for kids to watch cartoons *Room where you get treated: comfortable bed with a tv to relax while you get your teeth done if your to cold ask for a blanket and they will give you one. His staff maintain everything in order including his tools clean. Price: Fair Thank you Dr. De La Pena for taking care of my teeth. God Bless you and your staff!
