The experience at Marino Dental was superb and incredibly professional Dr. Carlo Marino is the best dentist around by far. The staff is so kind, friendly, and patient. I felt very comfortable and well-taken care of but most important my teeth look great ....... Very Highly Recommended!! Thank you, guys !!

Never have I ever experienced such horrible communication with a medical office ever! Called in to see when my appointment was and the rude receptionist informed me that my appointment was a few days ago and that I'm not allowed to be seen at their Cuyahoga Falls location because I failed to show up for my appointment. Any appointment I have ever made elsewhere gives pre-calls! Unacceptable Marino!!

Single mom of 6 kids (2 with autism) as any parent knows first hand , appointments are crazy scheduled. Sometimes we forget an appointment , it's normal. But this place with a quickness are ready to drop you as a patient for one missed appointment. I was told today at my sons appointment we could no longer be seen due to a missed appointment from before (may 2022) which is crazy to me because they should have called or sent a letter stating so before going in. Complete waste of time

I high recommend this place as I've always had great experiences , everyone is friendly and welcoming . I had a filling today and Brittany told me everything she was doing and asked if I was ok throughout the procedure .

State Valley Dental provides an awesome Dental Health Care Team that provides kind, courteous, and helpful service. We love Denny! She makes sure that our teeth are always in tip-top shape. We feel very fortunate to have found State Valley Dental among the sea of dentists out there and could not imagine going anywhere else.

I would love to give Dr K, Chrissy, Latoya and Susie TEN stars for the treatment I received. They had a difficult job fixing my teeth and I can honestly say that I have never been treated better than I have by these four amazing people. My lucky day was finding these folks and I can't thank them enough for their kindness and special abilities. Thanks from the bottom of my hear!!

Called yesterday for a bad toothache. They explained to come in for emergency call in morning and then were a pick and choose situation.. was rude and took paperwork but turned me away..no way waste your time at this place

I sought out medical care here due to an infected wisdom tooth! I went there as a walk in because I was in horrible pain and just wanted the tooth removed ASAP and when I went in there they told me because I missed an appointment for fillings four years ago that they could not see me ever again! This is unbelievable to me considering the fact that I have since been seen by another dentist after being told by one of their dentists that I needed fillings and my current dentist told me my teeth are in perfect health minus my infected wisdom tooth! Judging by the other comments their strict "no show policy" should be reconsidered! I will be writing about this on every social media platform possible, because an infected wisdom tooth is nothing to mess around with and the owner of this office clearly DOES NOT care about people and only cares about MONEY considering that one of his dentists said I needed fillings, which I did not need, and when I actually needed medical attention they turned me away! They need to really reconsider this policy and should be appalled by their own behavior! I will also be reporting them to the dental board since they clearly try to fill cavities that do not exist just to make extra money! Makes me sick! Avoid this local dental chain by all means necessary!

Similar experience with staff at Dr Marino office.. It seems they look for high value clients only. Not helpful and basically uncaring.

Wonderful. I am so pleased with both of them- he did such a wonderful job restoring my whole mouth and smile. It was a very long process -3-4 yrs in which he did sinus lift, bones implants, then the implants and the teeth. I cannot be happier. Dr Angela did my lips a few times... she is doing such a wonderful job with my lips and l can't be happier. Dr Marino is the best dentist my entire life and for 15 teeth - I think missing it wasn't that expensive over time. Dr Angela is wonderful too. She does the lips - symmetry/ volume, everything- can't compare to anything else. I love it!!! And thank you!

When I called to make an appointment to see the dentist, the receptionist was very rude over the phone. She was yelling at me and was being very unprofessional by all means. First, she asked me about the reason of my visit, I told her briefly but then she asked for detailed explanation why I want to see the dentist. Really? ok..! Then she went ahead and diagnosed my medical problem over the phone and told me that I do not need to see the dentist. What...??!! I was so astonished with such unprofessional behavior to say the least. Also, made me think either the doctors tell her o do that or this dentist can not tell that there is something wrong with the receptionist. Either way, I will never ever try to call that place again.
