Dr. Carl W. Churchman, Jr., the son of Dr. Carl Churchman, Sr., was born and raised in Lake Charles, and comes from a very long line of dentists. He attended St. Margarets Catholic Church and St. Louis High where he graduated in 93.
From there he attended McNeese State University for his undergraduate degree. While there he met his future wife, Mary Seale Churchman, who also is a dentist. Upon graduating from McNeese he moved to New Orleans and attended LSU dental school in which he graduated in 2004.
He then returned to Lake Charles to take over his fathers practice in which he has continued to serve his community and built a very reputable practice based on high moral values and excellent service to his patients. Dr. Carl W. Churchman Jr. is the proud father of three beautiful children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and the family life.

I had an appointment as a new patient and was quite impressed. From the moment I entered until I left, everyone was professional and so very friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Churchman as he kept me well informed and had a high regard for my comfort. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

Went in to have a few teeth removed and I didn't feel any pain Dr churchman had pulled out two of my teeth in a matter of about two minutes or so and I didn't know he had pulled them out until he said he was finished thank you so much I really appreciated it and I feel a lot better now

It was my first visit to Dr. Churchman and I was very impressed with the entire experience! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and everything progressed in a timely fashion. Dr. Churchman was very gentle and took care of my issue quickly. I checked in at 9:30, filled out new patient paperwork, and walked out at 11:30 with a new crown! I feel like it is my own tooth! No pain involved and I am happy to be able to chew again. Amazing!!

Had an emergency tooth situation and needed it extracted immediately. The dentist I HAD, refused to see me until Monday/ Tuesday at the earliest (given that was on a Thursday morning). My roommate recommended Dr. Chapman and mentioned he had a good price for uninsured patients so I called and they were able to get me in 3 hours later. I even was a little nervous and showed up a bit late but Dr. Chapman squeezed me in. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating, despite the fact I don't have insurance, which is more than I can say for other places. 5/5 RECOMMENDED

Really enjoyed the staff and Dr. Churchman. They were very kind and concerned about my needs! They were all laid back and didn't scold me or fuss for not being at a dentist office over a year. Keep it up, guys!

I absolutely LOVE these people. They are ALL so kind and genuinely care for their patients. Dr. Churchman is so awesome! He's fast yet thorough and you leave knowing your procedure was done right! Ms. Jen & Ms. Lisa from the front desk are always so knowledgeable and are very patient and don't mind answering a few questions. By far the most friendliest & most professional Dentist Office I've ever visited.

Always friendly staff. They are efficient and knowledgeable. Making an appointment isn't difficult. Good communication and notices prior to appointment time. Dr. Churchman understands my dental needs and has always been professional and easy to communicate with about my concerns. I am thankful for him and his staff!
