Dr. Patti Hingerton graduated from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine in 1991. She then completed a general practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Northport and through Continuing Education courses received additional training in Endodontics. Dr. Patti joined our practice in 1996 and strives to make each patients visit as comfortable as possible. She especially likes working with children to provide a positive dental experience and has spoken to Girl Scout troops and elementary students about the importance of Dental health. We are extremely blessed to have Dr. Patti in our practice.

Dr. James Priftakis attended Rutgers School of dental medicine and graduated in 2020. Dr. James, then attended NYU/Winthrop General Practice Residency. He was promoted to chief resident at NYU/Winthrop General Practice. In that time, he was able to work towards perfecting his dental skills in more challenging fields of dentistry, including implant placement and restorations, root canals, and full mouth rehabilitation. In addition to working with our team, Dr. James works in a remote area of upstate New York to serve an underprivileged community who would otherwise not have access to dental care. Dr. James is excellent with fearful patients and will make going to the dentist something you look forward to, rather than something you dread.
