Dr C Family Dentistry has a great feel when you walk in. You are welcomed by the staff and all of them are very nice. Brittani answered all my questions and was so sweet about everything. I highly recommend Dr C Family Dentistry to anyone that wants exceptional service!

I went here for an emergency and thought they were great but when you actually try to get dental work done...not so much. I got half a cleaning done and never heard from them again. Wouldn't recommend an office where the patient isn't important.

Dr. Amy used to work at Chas downtown. She performed a root canal all the while carelessly chatting with the assistant. I had no sedation and wasn't fully anesthetized, which I informed her of. She pushed through, and while she was cleaning the canal, and not looking at her work, just reaming away, I tried to be a good sport and hang in there. In an instant I felt excruciating pain and moaned at her since the bite block was in my mouth. She said "Uh-oh" and I knew something was horribly wrong. She said "well, the endo file broke off in the canal but since it was already cleaned out it's fine to leave it in there... Or I could get you a referral to a specialist but I think it's fine" She didn't even bother to take the block out of my mouth so I could discuss my options. I was so miserable I hand gestured to just finish so I could get out of there. As I was looking at the X-rays I noticed that she perforated the Apex of my tooth which explains why I was in such excruciating pain. I am a registered dental assistant and have some knowledge about what's going on but she totally dismissed me and didn't care about my experience or my dental health. Less than a year later that root canal failed, which cost me more time, money and discomfort. She is a poor dentist PERIOD. Every time I see her face in a local ad I feel enraged all over again.

I scheduled an appointment to get my teeth whitened with the Zoom Whitening system. While I'm at the appt, after 30 minutes sitting in the exam chair, they come in & tell me they "don't have time to do the 2 hour whitening & that they need to make sure my teeth are healthy." If I had known they needed my chart notes I would've had them sent over, since I get cleanings every 6 months & I just have a tiny, non-aesthetic filling needed on a back molar. They knew I was a new patient & didn't tell me they needed my past chart notes. Terrible communication & a HUGE waste of my time. I was excited about this place when I first walked in & even considered transferring my care if the appt went well. Needless to say I left very frustrated, disappointed & irritated. This all could've been avoided if the staff would've done their job & told me to get my records sent over if it was that important.

Hands down the best Dentist office I've been to. Serving family, pediatrics and now orthodontics. From the moment you walk in, every staff member is warm and inviting. Dr Stephanie was fantastic. Very thorough and kind. There is a reason why they were named "best family dental clinic of 2022." Bonus- who doesn't LOVE coffee... They have a coffee bar inside the clinic and it's free, after your visit. I will definitely be a long term patient.

Meagan and Dr Stephanie were amazing. Love the tools that this clinic uses which made it super comfortable to get my filling, I literally almost fell asleep during the whole process. Everything ran right on time and they even treat you to a latte if you would like afterwards! #spoiled

This is the best dentistry I have experienced in my 50 something years. From concerned and caring staff to the big screen tv's to help with relaxation. They are knowledgeable and very gentle with procedures, cleanings, root canals, crowns, to dentures. Have high anxiety? No problem here. Financial challenges? They can help with that too.

I have been going to Dr. C for over 4 years. They are professional, caring and always friendly with a smile to welcome me. The rooms are very clean and patient friendly. I have had implants done, and all of my front teeth are crowned. I trust them knowing that they are there for me and for my dental needs. If I have a emergency they fit me in on the day I call. You will not be disappointed with any of the dentists.

The BEST dental care in Spokane! Every dentist is outstanding! The entire staff makes you feel at ease. And...I love being treated to a latte when my dental work is done. It just couldn't be any better!!!!!
