The Tooth Station is owned and operated by the longest serving childrens dentist in the Folsom California area, Dr. Bryan Randolph. We pride ourselves on treating each child just as we would our own. As a parent himself, Dr. Randolph knows that each child is unique and needs personalized attention.
If your child is timid, we always allow and even encourage them to sit on your lap while they receive preventive dental care. For patients with special needs, or those with heightened dental anxieties, we provide safe and effective nitrous oxide sedation. A good visit to the dentist is one that leaves your child happy, confident, and excited to come back and see us again.
Our mission is to lay the groundwork for a lifetime of stress-free visits. We do this by always explaining treatments, never over-treating, and employing a kid-friendly staff that looks forward to seeing every one of our young patients.
Our dentist and team know that happy kids make happy parents. Our office features lush jungle murals, a revolving train, balloons, an entire playroom full of books and game. Dr. Bryan is a California native who spent his childhood in Crescent City, the far north of the state. He attended high school in Grass Valley and then went to California State University, Sacramento.
He then attended Loma Linda University, in the Inland Empire, School of Dentistry and graduate school, obtaining both a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and a Master of Science (MS) degree in pharmacology.
He settled in Folsom in 1999 and opened his practice, The Tooth Station. He is married to Martina, a local family physician and has two children, Christian and Hope. Dr. Bryan likes to read history and his family enjoys the outdoors and skiing in the winter.

We view each little patient as a unique individual, and tailor each treatment to your child's specific needs. Tammy has been in the dental field for over 30 years and has worked as a Registered Dental Assistant, Insurance Specialist and Office Manager. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her two sons and friends, exploring different beaches, hiking, biking and cooking.
Jessica has been with Dr. Bryan for 16 years. She is the one in the back office who keeps the train running on time. She has had her Registered Dental Assistant license since 2000. Her hobbies include working out at the gym and spending time with family and friends.
Angela has been in the dental field for over 10 years and enjoys working in both the front and back office. She has a marketing degree from Chico State and helps Dr. Bryan with marketing projects in the office. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her new baby.
As parents ourselves, our mission is to provide the kind of exceptional quality and compassion that we would want for our own children. At the Tooth Station, we treat your child as we would our own family, complete with good-natured jokes and stories, extended patience, gentle encouragement, and lively praise. We do more than fix teeth and are the first stop on a lifelong journey of dental health. This means prevention of problems before they occur, making sure your child has confidence in their appearance through orthodontics or just being available to restore that front tooth that got broken on the trampoline just in time for school pictures!

Worst experience ever!!!!!!! Rude staff. I can't explain how bad I felt after the lady working in the front office told me that Dr. Bryan has refused to treat my 6 year old daughters tooth. She said the reason was that I had canceled one session and that the doctor does not want to see her anymore!!!!!!!!! Her tone of voice was super rude. Even my 6 year old got sad and said why is she so mean!!!!! So so unprofessional staff and doctor. I am super glad this happened because we found the best doctor (Dimples pediatric dental) and my daughters teeth was fixed without anesthesia and in just 2 simple sessions.

I've been going to Dr. Bryan for nearly 20 years. He was my dentist from Elementary school through college and even into my career. He is the only Dentist I trusted with my teeth. Him and his team do a wonderful job. After college I tried seeing another dentist but ended up back at Dr. Bryan's. He is honest and takes care of my needs. I would definitely recommend The Tooth Station.

Wyatt has a high degree of anxiety about dentistry. He will not allow the dentist to give him a shot in his mouth. Unfortuately, he has cavities between his teeth which means he needs to have novacain or use another form of numbing. Dr. Bryan is so very patient and has given us several reasonable alternatives that we're anxious to try. We feel very fortunate to have found such a wonderful dentist who is patient and is willing to deal with those patients who have severe anxiety issues.

We have used this dentist for several years until Recently the rudeness of the staff while trying to make an appointment had us moving to another dentist ASAP. While trying to make an appointment that needed urgent attention, the front desk clerk proceeded to lecture about previous issues that we were unaware of. Still not sure what she was talking about, but she did get confrontational and when I requested a call back from the Dr. my request went unanswered. I have never had such an unprofessional rude interaction like this before. Do not recommend. Fortunately we were able to find an excellent replacement with excellent service!

My son Liam, 6 years old - has been going here since we moved from the Seattle area last year. He beyond loves it. As do I! Everyone is beyond kind, attentive, patient and they do such an amazing job. The whole practice is geared to keep children engaged and entertained while getting their teeth the love they need. Dr. Bryan and team are truly top notch! We highly recommend.

Dr Bryan and his staff are amazing!! My kids actually like going to the dentist :) when my son did have a cavity Dr Bryan filled it and there wasn't a single tear! He is a magician!! Highly recommend!!
