They have completely screwed up billing now on multiple occasions taking 11+months to submit claims. This has caused my insurance to not cover it because it is not within 10 months of service and then they request payment out of pocket. 3 times this has happened! The bill also does not give an itemized description of the charges and just says balance forward. Staff and dentist were fine but I can't go back anymore with the constant issues around billing. Never had this issue with any other doctor, dentist or optometrist. Disappointing.

Dr. Mudd is the Best Dentist in Charlotte!!! He is very conservative and only recommends what is truly needed for treatment. I have been to several dentists in the Charlotte area that recommended over $10,000+ in treatment plans and I even proceeded with Invisalign with a dentist in the SouthEnd but it did absolutely nothing for me. I basically wasted $3,000+ in treatment. I even had an onlay done by one of those dentists in the SouthEnd, it broke in less than 1 year and Dr. Mudd had to replace my onlay with a crown. Dr. Mudd only fixes what is necessary. He has saved me thousands by not making me undergo worthless treatment. You will never regret selecting him as your dentist. I promise!!!!

Well, first impression always it's the best impression! Today was my first time with Dr Mudd. I truly liked his professionalism, he was very knowledgeable and caring about the treatment I will need. Also it's reasonable in price. Looking forward to start my treatment!! Stay tune!
