Rude. That's the word for the day and from what I understand it should be everyday. Counter girl and phone call answerer, Amber, is not nice and Dr Smith needs to go ahead and retire. If you hate your life, take it out on yourself, not the people seeking a professional service, which is 100% lacking here. They are quick to bill your insurance though! Gotta be good at something I guess.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Bruce was completely unhelpful and was quick to charge my insurance for absolutely nothing. 0/10 Do not even waste your time going here.
