I just called to get medical records and was informed that they're no longer available. I was like so what about my record. And now I don't have a way to access them.

I've been going here for about 2-3 years now, and always had a good experience, but idk what changed. I had an appointment for some dental work but came down with the flu, so naturally, I cancelled and rescheduled, and the woman i spoke to over the phone was not happy about it. I had rescheduled for what i was told a 9:30 appointment later in the week. Upon showing up, which was at 9:15 mind you, I was told it was actually a 9am appointment, and that "whoever's I spoke to on the phone had it wrong". They refused to see me. The woman at the front desk told me and I quote "the doctor believes you are wasting her time. You have missed 2 appointments now and she is not going to schedule another one with you". They offered to put me on an "on call list" to which I declined. After going here for years, never missing an appointment before, and being called a "time waster" after things that are out of my control by THE DOCTOR THEMSELF, I don't believe they are professional in any sense, and you will find it worthwhile to seek dental care elsewhere. All the best EDIT: Turns out I had COVID, not the flu,, when I cancelled my appointment that they got so upset about, I tested positive for antibodies about 2 weeks after I was sick.

Horrible!!! The doctor completely ignored my request for a partial to be made. I have spoken to many doctors about surgery options and said many times to this doctor that I am not interested in any surgery at this time. I just need a partial so I am not toothless for my new job. He refused then referred me to specialists I didn't want to see and that didn't take my insurance. I asked ahead of time if they did and reception just said "I don't know". Which is so lazy and unhelpful of the staff! I called so many places to try to get in and they were booked for weeks. I asked to please just be seen for a partial again since I had already waited over a week for this appointment. The reception staff assured me they'd talk to the doctor and I'd hear back the next day. I didn't. They instead emailed me weeks later saying the doctor still wouldn't help. This is just so disappointing. I expected a lot more from working professionals.

I had another great cleaning at this office yesterday, the Hygienist is so wonderful. Dr Thompson and her assistant are the best. I go every three months like clockwork.

I love this dentist office. They are so sweet and caring. My kids and I see Dr heiland and he is amazing. Highly recommend .been seeing them for years

Went for years and had a great experience. Sadly our wonderful dentist retired and we got stuck with a sadistic hellcat. My child was terrified and we had to find a new dentist. No longer a child friendly place. My child cried and misses her dentist. For the first time in 3 yrs refuses to willingly go to the dentist. Thanks lady....

Nobody here was particularly nice or friendly. I felt like I was a hassle to be dealt with- not how you want to feel at the dentist of all places. Finding a new dentist.
