Dr. Birchenough saved my sister's vacation on Cayuga Lake! On the first day, a temporary crown fell out and she feared she might have to return to NYC to get it fixed, since getting emergency dental appointments is difficult anywhere in the world if you're not already a patient. With fingers crossed, she showed up at his office Monday morning, and by afternoon, she was trekking up the Gorge Trail at Watkins Glen, tooth intact! Dr. Birchenough inspired total confidence by his friendly and professional approach. Really friendly staff, too. She couldn't be more impressed or more grateful.

It's not often that I'll write a review for service I've experienced, however, Dr. Birchenough and his staff are well deserving. The very obvious qualities that set this dental practice above the rest become apparent immediately. From scheduling with his clerical staff, right through treatment with the doctor, you'll know you've found a special, and unique care that's not commonly available in todays world. I highly recommend the Dr. Birchenough experience, especially to those seeking high standards that align with their own. This practice is outstanding.

Had one of my upper left molars crumble while chewing my multi vitamin gummy Sunday morning. No pain thankfully. Called Dr. Bruce Birchenough's Dental Office Sunday and got his number. I got an appointment this morning at 9. He had me come back at 3 to make a temporary crown. Most excellent dentistry by the Dr. and his assistant Petera. My temp fits perfect and in two weeks I get the permanent. Most definitely recommend him!!!!

My mom is up visiting and started to have a toothache. I called Dr. Birchenough's office and they got her right in. Her tooth needed to come out. My mom gets nervous with dentist and was hesitant to have the extraction. Dr. Becky and her assistant Amber were beyond AMAZING. She was very gentle with my mom and talked her through everything. She left the office very happy and pain free.

Blown away with the care I received today by Dr. Birchenough and his staff. I am a fearful patient and I have to say I feel 100% better after my consultation. The time Dr. Birchenough spent with me today carefully explaining my treatment plan exceeded my expectations. Thank you!!!

Dr Birchenough is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. He Very professional and skilled at his work. The hygienists and assistants were very respectful and seemed highly trained! The office is a beautiful experience as well it's in a renovated old train station in Seneca falls. I highly recommend this dentist 100%!!!

Dr. Birchenough, his team and his office are the best. I was lucky enough to have my own dad as my dentist for most of my life and I was ridiculously nervous when I lost him. Finding Dr. Birchenough has been a huge blessing. He is kind and gentle, as are his hygienists and assistants. The office staff could not be more helpful. Ease in communication (including text reminders), lovely, homey and soothing office atmosphere and a first appointment that put me at ease. I really cannot say enough about them.

I would like to take a moment to say thank you to all of the staff at Dr. Birchenough's office for being very welcoming! I remember stepping in that door, for my very first appointment there, and how much my anxiety took control of me. The office is very comforting, there were minimum wait times, the treatment plans are always well-explained, any staff and Dr. Birchenough is always willing to listen to your concerns and answer any questions which may arise. With the help of Dr. Birchenough and all of his staff, I feel much more comfortable being in the dentist chair. I have finally found a deep breathing technique that works really well for me, no matter what procedure I may need. Everyone there is very supportive, gentle, professional, nice, and caring. All of the staff there always go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, like when they let me use a stress ball and some relaxing blankets, which helped alleviate my severe anxiety. Dr. Birchenough is very skilled and trustworthy in his work. Once again, thank you to all for being amazing at what you all do! If you need any dental treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Birchenough, as he and his staff there are truly amazing!

I have been a lifelong resident of Seneca Falls and have been with this practice since I returned from the service in 1985. Our family couldn't ask for a better dentist and the staff is exceptional. Dr. Birchenough is up to date with the latest technology and takes his time with every patient to ensure there is no pain. Dr. Birchenough and his wife Nancy run a wonderful practice. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I've been going here for years. Absolutely love their staff and environment! Today I felt disrespected and belittled for my health choices I made. I was pressured into making a decision I did not wish too. My desire for my family is too make educated decisions in the best interest of our personal health. Only recommend this office if you are ok with your health care provider making your choices for you.
