Not impressed, works too fast, alone. She failed to diagnose and treat an infected molar with a crown/post now it costs me $6000 to fix it with an implant. Go to a dentist that is referred by a friend or family. Do not go here!! I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Koetter and her staff are amazing. Very professional, kind, and friendly. They always go out of their way to put everyone at ease. I trust them with my whole family.

So glad my Family found this Dentist. I have had terrible experiences with several Dentist in the area. I was not excited to go. But the staff made me feel comfortable and calm. They explained everything to me and Dr. Koetter gives the best shots I have every had!!!! Will be our family Dentist forever!!!!!

I was a patient of this dentist until recently. My experience: on 4/23/21 I broke a top molar she had filled less than a year ago. I immediately called her office for an appt and was told they would have to "work me in" for the next week as she was booked. I was given an appt for 4/30/21; upon arrival, I met with a covering dentist I had never met and was told Dr. K. was off, which I was not told when the appt was scheduled. The covering dentist referred me to two "specialists" and said it was not something they could address. I immediately sought a second opinion, who was very clear that Dr. K. had not removed all the decay when it was filled, which compromised the integrity of the tooth and likely caused the break. I am now looking at an extraction and either an implant or a bridge. The second opinion dentist also asked that even if I did not return to him for services, that I definitely not return to Dr. Koetter. Then on 5/19, Dr. Koetter's office left me a voicemail stating she had an opening for Monday if I still wanted her to look at my tooth. Seriously?!

Best practice I've ever been to. Everyone in this office is great and Dr. Koetter has done spectacular work on my teeth. Highly recommend!

Her staff is awesome. The day before Thanksgiving they worked me in because I had cracked a tooth. I was in terrible pain. They called around and found someone who could attempt a root canal that day! I am so appreciative of Dr Koetter and her staff.

Dr. Koetter is the best dentist ever. I had half of my front tooth chip off this morning and she met me at the office for an emergency fix and my tooth looks like nothing happened to it. She is so sweet and kind and really cares about her Patients. Thanks so much for helping me this morning on a very short notice.

Her staff is awesome. The day before Thanksgiving they worked me in because I had cracked a tooth. I was in terrible pain. They called around and found someone who could attempt a root canal that day! I am so appreciative of Dr Koetter and her staff.

Staff was generally friendly. However, she did two fillings for me and within a two year period one had to be replaced because it was loose and the other fell out. Both had residual decay and hadn't been cured fully when done. She goes too fast and doesn't do quality work.

Just took my 6 year old and 3 year old in for their bi annual check up. Our hygienist Diana was extremely kind and gentle. Dr. Koetter was thorough and honest. Our visit couldn't have gone any better. The children and I all left extremely happy. Thank you!

Dr. Brigette Koetter was fantastic in every way--from consultation to procedure to follow-up. Furthermore, the entire staff was also accommodating, professional, competence and responsive. The other things I really appreciated was how genuinely kind, warm, gracious and friendly everyone was throughout the entire process. In summary, I give Dr. Koetter and her amazing team of highly skilled professionals an overall A+. At the very same time, I offer all of them my most sincere gratitude for their wonderful care and genuine kindness.
