Brilliant job done, so patient and really Gentle. Ask if I was doing okay, and let me take time to explain my problems. The environment was really friendly and out going. Would %100 Recommend anybody at Dr shafer's office

Staff and doctor pleasant. However, don't let him cap your teeth! He gave me a big (too big) ugly cap whose color doesn't match my teeth. Save your $1,000.

He really cares about his patients. He talked me into saving my tooth and offered a procedure that was very affordable. I won't go to any other dentist now that I found him. The dental assistants are friendly as well.

Dr. Shafer is an exceptional dentist! He explained the entire process to me, offered several options, and most of all he really cares about his patients. I couldn't of went through with the extraction if it wasn't for how comfortable he made me feel. Overall it was very good experience!

Absolutely Awesome!!! Hes a very nice and great guy ... most of my post are telling people why I didnt like my experience, but NOT this one , I'm very happy with what he did for my tooth and I couldnt be more happy . Very outgoing and did a outstanding job ! Thanks Dr. Shafer !

Without a doubt bottom of the barrel. Stay away and call someone else. Genuine people with quality work that they stand behind aren't able to be found at this office. And his equipment is outdated. Several nearby offices offer exact measuring for crowns and other expensive work that is just not possible at this office. They still use impressions and old technology resulting is sub par results for the same price as down the road. In El reno the reputation by even his own peers is exactly wat this guy deserves and poor guy just keeps trying to get fake reviews to offset the reviews to boost his score. Just read the reviews and you can tell. Good businesses respond to all customers but this guy obviously dosent which we all know is what people do whenever they are embarrassed. Easily and effortlessly save yourself the time and disgust of dealing with this type of person.

My appointment was at 12 noon today. I arrived an HOUR EARLY @ 11:00 AM. My first time here. I was being seen today to get ONE TOOTH pulled out. It was causing me ALOT of pain!!! Alot. I was taken back at 12:30 for him to tell me he couldn't pull my tooth today. I was at loss for words! He said he only had 35 minutes before he had to leave. He said he had a couple things to go do then it would be his lunch. He gave me 2 options. #1: Hang around till 4:00pm OR #2: Go home with antibiotics & some pain medication until next week. (Which I couldn't image another night, muchless week with this tooth!) Well, I couldnt hang around till 4pm (which would of been 5 HOURS total) & I live in Elk City which is 86 MILES ONE WAY) & I had to use "Red River/Sooner Ride" to get there!!! My anxiety kicked in, my thoughts were racing, I honestly didn't know what to say or do. (All I could think about was this tooth in my mouth that needed out! The pain was terrible!) At the last minute, my chair went back & he decided to PULL MY TOOTH (which is what I was there for) I am VERY THANKFUL he went ahead & pulled my tooth, I really am BUT it should of never been in question anyways. I had an appointment AND I was there ONE HOUR EARLY. I suffer from anxiety real bad, I am on medication. This situation had me so upset, I almost had an anxiety attack. I literally felt it coming on! (Fast heart beat, I was shaking...) I traveled 172 miles (with my child & our lunch packed) on PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION for this man to tell me he can't pull ONE tooth? Really? Smh. I do NOT want this to EVER happen to me again, so for that reason, I'll never go back or recommend anyone else.
