I had a horrible experience getting my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Schneider after I was referred to him by my regular dentist. I ended up with two dry sockets and nerve damage (it has been 4 months since the surgery and I still have no feeling in the left side of my tongue). I got the surgery on a Thursday and on that Saturday I was in 10/10 pain, taking as much pain medication as I could, and still was in excruciating pain. I called Dr. Schneider crying asking if he could do anything to help me and he said his office is closed for the weekend and I would need to wait until Monday for him to do anything. I found this to be absolutely ridiculous because of how much pain I was in and how much he did not care. I scheduled my appointment for the first available time that Monday and Dr. Schneider appeared very tired and not interested in what I had to say or how much pain I was in. He then proceeded to pack my dry sockets with some kind of paper dipped in clove oil which was helpful after it was done but was one of the most painful experiences I had ever gone through (I was screaming in the office). The front desk lady then proceeded to tell me that I will laugh about this in the future while I was still crying from the pain I was in. I felt as though no one cared about me or the pain I was in and it truly scarred me. It took 3-4 weeks for me to not be in pain anymore and it was such a horrible process. I 10/10 do not recommend having Dr. Schneider do your wisdom teeth removal.

Implant surgery experience. Researched several oral surgeons, dr Schneider is by far the best. Consultation was free (dental insurance paid some to their office, and they didn't collect the difference... good move to build client base) and answered the litany of my questions patiently. Other oral surgeons charge for a consult as they spend their time. Extraction with twilight sedation and bone graft: detailed instructions on what to do before and after, absolutely no pain, recovered in a day, but took some time to eat food again fue to number of sutures needed. Dr Schneider called to check on me that night... rarely done these days. Months later: implant surgery, twilight again, no pain during procedure, no pain the next day, could eat the same day. Again, Dr Schneider called in the evening that I was ok. The practice manager, Sharalee, is a delight, keeps me on track with info about pricing, authorizations, when the next appointment is needed. Front desk, Michaela, is curteous, polite, great multitasker. Back office, Mark Anthony, was very professional. Overall, fantastic doc, hired and kept (!) the right people, which postpandemic is difficult to do in health care, and provides VERY cost efficient services. They offer CareCredit, if needed to split payments over 6-12 months, with no interest charged.

Even though this is a great office with welcoming staff it is really Dr. Schneider who is both the entree and the cherry on top of Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center. He is the only OMFS I've been to but I can't imagine how another could've surpassed him. Based on how I felt I can only conclude he has no match in the valley; none whatsoever.

Got my wisdom teeth taken out today and he did a great job. I expressed that I didn't want to have IV sedation and he allowed me to do the procedure with just local anesthesia. The environment was very relaxed and calming. I have anxiety disorders and I didn't feel worried or anxious at all during my procedure. Pricing was extremely reasonable as well. I'm self-pay and I was actually shocked as to how inexpensive it was. Definitely going to recommend him to all my friends who need oral surgery.

I had such an awesome experience starting with the office staff, doctor and doctor's assistant! They were very flexible with my schedule and luckily took my insurance. I went in to get a tooth extracted and a bone graft. I was a bit nervous, but Dr. Schneider was so nice and made me feel very comfortable and safe. His assistant was great too! I really hope I don't have to get another tooth extracted, but if I do, this is definitely the place to go! I highly recommend.

I was Referred to Dr. Schneider by Dr. brown from the Scottsdale family dentist office. The pain was sudden and I had no idea what was happening. They Fitted me in with their busy schedule. I don't have insurance but I had cash to pay for the procedure in full. The definition of Professional.

Brian and his team did an amazing job on my surgery. A very professional and friendly environment. They communicated the procedure and "game plan" clearly. I was a little apprehensive early on, but that was quickly dismissed by the ease and caring of crew. Thankyou again. Really meant a lot to me!!

He's very cold, tons of disclosure paperwork relieving him and his office from any & all complications of any procedures. He big on putting you under sedation and won't let a parent or spouse stay in the room for any reason. Short temper, ...

Dr. Schneider and his staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, well organized, kind, caring and reasonable. We are deeply grateful to them for taking excellent care of our teenager. Dr. Schneider removed all his wisdom teeth and an ingrown tooth successfully. A week earlier, they had already placed an order for his medication with our pharmacist. They patiently trained us on how to administer the medicine, how to keep the areas in the month clean and free of food residue accumulation. We had been well prepared with instructions prior to the surgery on all what to expect. My son had minimal bleeding and Dr. Schneider followed up with him 2 more time within 10 days to make sure it is all healing and recovering appropriately. We highly recommend Dr. Schneider to anyone requiring oral surgery. Truly a rare treasure among the medical community!

The DDS is pompous, self absorbed and interested in only generating revenue. He was unable to provide his own professional opinion and you need to make your own determination on whether or not you like him.

This the dirtiest dental office I've ever been in. The front desk is a shambles, they didnt have pens to fill out forms, and not only could the dentistvhot help me, he would not help me! Beware!!

I know I will sound crazy but I actually had the best experience ever and if I would've known it'd be painless I would've done this the minute I found out I had to get them out. Dr. Schneider has such good hands from the minute he inserts the IV into your arm to removing your teeth. I followed all the instructions the day after surgery and was feeling much better the next day, no swollen mouth and the best part yet no need for the strong pain killers only tylenol once in a while. I highly recommend Dr. Schneider.

Unfortunately we have to take our matter to whatever level to get satisfaction. We gave him 3-4 chances to get it right, but he couldn't, want our money back, he said No.....All he wants to do is keep redoing the implants, i think 3 x and your out, almost 2 years of healing.... not OK.
