An Illinois native, Dr. Gambla grew up in the Oak Lawn Area, the third oldest of five siblings. He attended Loyola University where he received both his undergraduate degree and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He went on to complete a fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Gambla then joined his fathers practice working alongside his father until his fathers retirement.
Dr. Gambla has over 25 years experience as a general dentist. Both he and his staff have extensive postgraduate training and experience in all aspects of general dentistry including implants, cosmetic procedures, periodontal maintenance (continuing care of gums) and root canal therapy.
Dr. Gambla is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Association, Chicago Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.
Marie is our newest member to Gambla Dental but she brings over 21 years of experience in the dental field. She is able to help patients understand their treatment, how their insurance policy works, and plans their treatment so that everyone is able to receive the quality dental care they deserve. Her passion for patients is what makes her so great at her job.
When Marie is not working, she loves to spend time with her adoring husband, Reid, family and friends. She loves to cook and travel. You will also find her watching animated movies like Despicable Me to keep her young at heart.
Kerri is definitely the offices ultimate Girl Friday and she started her dental career with our office over 18 years ago. She helps where she most needed in her pleasant and friendly manner. She is experienced in treatment planning, insurance coordination, and scheduling. She is also cross trained for dental assistant and CPR certified.
Debbie attended Loyola University and received her dental hygiene degree in 1984. She started with Dr Gambla Senior in 1985. She is CPR certified and keeps current by attending a variety of continuing education courses.
Debbie lives with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Michael and Jack. After working so hard during the year, she loves to to take her down time in Ft. Myers, Florida with her family. She is also a sports fan and an avid Chicago Blackhawks fan.
Emy attended and received her dental hygiene degree from Kennedy King College . She has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. Emy joined our team in 2013. She is CPR certified and keeps current by attending a variety of continuing education courses.
Elizabeth is a graduate of the University of Illinois. She has worked in the dental field for over 19 year. She joined Gambla Dental in 2003 as a chair-side assistant to Dr Gambla. She is CPR certified and has enjoyed keeping current in the dental field by attending seminars extensively in both in and out of state.
Jenny joined our team in 2013 after several years as one of our patients! Looking for a career change into the dental field, Jenny came to us for her externship. She has been a quick study, hardworking, and very personable. After realizing she was a great fit for our team, she was asked join us and she now assists Dr. Gambla.

If you're looking for a dentist that has mastered the profession, is caring and empathetic, and provides a pain free visit, then Dr. Gambla is the right choice. Admittedly, I only visit him when I'm in a most painful situation and every time I leave his office pain free, relieved and grateful. The office staff has always been helpful by going above and beyond with my needs in mind. Thank you Dr. Gambla for many years of easing my mind and for always being kind and accommodating.

I was terrified of the dentist and didn't go for quite a few years. My mom's doctor recommended him and I bit the bullet and called. I'm so glad I did, this was almost three years ago and I have never been happier going to Dr. Gambla. He is pain free and takes time to know his patients and we always have the best conversations. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for making me feel so comfortable and fixing my issues.

I have been going to Dr. Gambla since his Oak Lawn office. I can tell you that not only is he great at what he does, so is his staff! They are all extremely professional, caring, and friendly. At one point, I was doing the Invisalign and was frequently in the office to pickup new trays. I got to know the team very well. I absolutely love the front desk ladies and how welcoming they are. If you are looking for a new dentist... Dr. Gambla is your guy!

Dr. Gambla is a real family man with excellent morals. He treats his staff with professional respect and in turn it shines through the whole office. Never one to take at advantage of a client, and only does what is need to keep your mouth healthy. Becoming a real Disney man. The man is the real deal.
