I called for an initial visit and let me tell you...the front desk person was very unprofessional and rude. Not welcoming at all. I didn't even finish with giving my information to schedule. I will be looking elsewhere where I know I will be taken care of. This office should consider some more training or possibly a new hire. Very disappointed.

Got a root canal with Dr. Feiger and everything couldn't have been more perfect. I must say it's very refreshing to come across someone reliable in the bay area. Dr Feiger is definitely a pro and a pleasure to speak with. His staff was a pleasure to work with as well. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Worst Endodontist ever! I have had to live with pain since December. Dr. Feiger did a root canal on one of my teeth and did the worse job possible. He did not get all of the root out and I then suffered from pain from that tooth as he refused to see me at all for three weeks. He had no backup apparently while on vacation. Then all he did was check to see if I was correct at the first return appointment, and then he did the same thing a couple of weeks later. Finally when he re-did the procedure I had pus coming out of my gums!! If I could give him zero stars, I would!! Find another Endodontist to treat you!!

I highly recommend anyone inquiring to have this endodontist perform work on you, DON'T! He has no bedside manner whatsoever and should consider retirement!

Endo seems too shaky-handed to continue in practice. I'm not certain the procedure was completed all the way, as I'm having pain (enough to where i'm chewing silicone straw pieces at night) despite being on my last day of antibiotics. The endodontist was unable to still his hands enough to get an accurate read on the electric sensor and appeared to use accommodations throughout the procedure in order to deal with the shaky hands. This review may continue to evolve.

Had a root canal on a molar today at your office and just want to say how pleased I am with the experience. Very friendly staff and Dr. Feigars work is top notch. Absolutely zero pain in the office and zero pain afterwards, fantastic job Sir. I will be back and will recommend you to all my family and friends. Thanks

They are epic! Staff is helpful and wonderful. I didn't get a rude vibe at all as some have posted. Maybe that person just can't take being spoken to like an adult lol. Everyone in the office was great. Marking an apt was easy. I was in an out. Def going back if I ever need them again!

Dr.Feiger was AMAZING!! I've never gotten a root canal before but have heard they can hurt alot. I HATE needles and I dont like the dentists in general. Haha Let me tell you Doc knew exactly what he was doing!! Didn't feel a thing once he had given me the shots! I highly recommend him!! My root canal procedure went by quickly and smoothly. Thank you to Dr.Feiger & his amazing staff!!
