It has been my mission to build a career founded on integrity while providing the highest standards of patient care. I want my patients to feel confident they are receiving the best possible treatment, as we seek to create an unyielding desire to smile. Ive worked hard to develop long-lasting relationships with my patients, which are founded on trust and the ability to meet their individual needs. There is nothing better than seeing patients gain confidence and become emotionally invested in their oral healthcare.
I grew up here in Rossville, two blocks away from where my practice stands today. Serving the community that raised me is an immense honor, and a privilege I do not take lightly. In order to receive the very best education, I attended the University of Georgia for my undergraduate degree and the Medical College of Georgia for my Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
Dentistry is changing every day, and I am committed to providing my patients with the most current advancements in dentistry. I take many hours of continuing education every year through local and national dental organizations, as well as with the Hinman Dental Society and CEREC.
My wife Natalie and I have been blessed with three children, Cole, Kaitlyn, and Kye. You may find me in Athens on Saturdays in the fall cheering on the Dawgs. Coaching my children in various sports, playing golf, and deep-sea fishing are a few of my favorite things to do outside of work. I also volunteer in the community through the Baptist Dental Bus and Chattanooga Hope for the Inner City Clinic.

Oh my goodness dont know how to start. I've been traumatized since childhood. This is the first time EVER I went in stressed myself out for no reason. From numbing shot to drilling to filling nothing but soothing comfort. He is gentle, his associates are amazing. From someone who is PETRIFIED of going to the denist. Great visit. Definitely going back.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. I was a little self conscious about going back to one. I had a broken tooth that was fixed in no time. The staff was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. Easy process and very well mannered. Will continue using Brian! Thank you!

I broke a front tooth and was horrified. I had many friends recommend Dr. Songer. I called, explained to them it was my front tooth that was broken. Dr. Songer saw me during his lunch! I cannot believe how compassionate the whole staff was. Dr. Songer was fun and lighthearted, which put me at ease. My tooth looks so natural. I've found my Dentist for life.

I had the worst experience at this place I had several recommendations to come here so I went I called and explained why I needed an appointment they said ok that will be this price and will take about an hour and a half. I get there explain everything and they said ok let's do an X-ray, did the X-ray just for him to come in and say well I don't treat this. Well that would have been nice to know before you did the X-ray and when I called they said they did that kind of work there. Very disappointed and will not return to this place! I literally threw away $155 for nothing that's not how you should treat people at all!

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr. Songers for nearly a year. He and I both have been highly satisfied, mostly by the time efficiency during appointments and the effectiveness of the work he and his staff provide. We are known by name and feel valued every single visit. From the moment we are greeted at the door all the way through the appointment we always feel that we've received professional and courtesy treatment! I would recommend this office to everyone who is searching for the most comforting and professional dental treatment within a 100 mile radius!

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Songer for a few years. They are courteous and professional. Are far as going to the dentist, they are as good as it gets! We have both had crowns put on. They are able to do it the same day, which is great! And, they've always been up front about everything!
