Our caring and experienced staff will be there every step of the way to keep you comfortable and answer any questions that may arise.
In our office, we treat patients of all ages. From checkups and cleanings to cosmetic services to dental implants and dentures, we provide a full range of dental services to give you a healthy, lasting smile. We strive to time and phase treatment to work with your time and budget needs. However, our biggest goal is to help educate our patients to prevent the need for fixing their teeth in the future.
Dentist My favorite part of dentistry is being able to develop relationships with others. I love to communicate with my patients, answer questions, and arrive at treatment goals together. I strive to take time to get to know each patient.
I was trained at UCLA School of Dentistry, and afterwards received advanced training in placing and restoring dental implants. Having lived in Ecuador for two years, I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I have a wife and four wonderful children. As a Tulare native, I am excited to be able to serve the people of my hometown!
Registered Dental Assistant/Treatment Coordinator I have been in dentistry for 18 years and have enjoyed every moment. It is my job to make sure that our practice functions properly so that you can have a pleasant experience during your visit. I am bilingual in Spanish and enjoy teaching my Hispanic community the importance of dental hygiene and healthy teeth.
Ive met so many wonderful patients, especially my little ones (children). Its a wonderful feeling when youre shopping or at a sports event and you hear a child say, Look, Mommy, thats my Dentist!. When I turn around you see a big smile on their face. I am married to my wonderful husband Richard and we have five children: David, Daniel, Tony, Mariana, and Mikaylah. We are big Raider fans and go to all home games. Go Raiders!
Insurance Specialist I have been in dentistry since 2012, and I truly enjoy working with the public on a daily basis and establishing new relationships with our patients. I am a very detailed and team oriented person, and I look forward to helping make your visit to Dr. Bell's practice go as smoothly as possible. I am married to Craig Miller (my high school sweetheart), and we have two beautiful daughters, Haleigh and Kasey.
Registered Dental Hygienist Ive been a dental hygienist for 18 wonderful years. I have stayed up to date in the current trends and have been exposed to the latest innovations in dentistry. I am very passionate about dental hygiene and dentistry and I am excited to share my knowledge and experiences with our great team and wonderful patients. I am a mother to a wonderful 11 year old son, Evan, who fulfills my life in every way.

I am so happy I switched my family's dental care to Dr. Bell! His office staff is kind and efficient. Short wait. Dr. Bell was knowledgeable and even pointed out things the other dentist didn't!

I moved from Monterey county 4 years ago and have gone to 3 dentist since. Dr. Bell's office has been by far my favorite! Everyone is amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, and do an excellent job at taking care of your needs. Thank you Dr. Bell and staff for being so great at what you do. You make going to the dentist painlessly easy.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr Bell's office. The office staff is very polite and willing to help you when you walk in. I had to have a tooth pulled that was very painful for sometime. I was referred by a friend who highly recommends their office and now. I see why. He pulled my tooth within a minute or so after numbing my mouth and I didn't feel a thing. If you want a honest and great dentist then he is you Dr. I highly recommend them and I am so thankful that I had this experience!! Thanks Again Belinda Contreras
