Dr. Andrew Levin is originally from New Jersey. He received his undergraduate education in economics at Rutgers University and his dental degree from The Rutgers School of Dentistry, graduating in 2003.

Having previously spent several years happily living and practicing in Arizona in the past, Dr. Levin and his wife realized that they missed and loved it so much that they decided to come back! They are greatly enjoying settling back in here for good and plan on growing their family.

Dr. Levin is the third generation of dentists in his family. He follows proudly the accomplishments of his father and grandfather. And we are honored and thrilled that Dr. Levin has chosen our practice for his new dental home. His values of relationships, commitment, respect, and family are reflective of how we relate to our patients. We are certain you will find him to be likable, approachable, compassionate, and a true professional.

Dr. Levin is a member of the ADA and its local Arizona chapter and, now that he is back, is looking forward to expanding his involvement with other extra-curricular groups and training. He has served as member and secretary of the Atlanta R.V. Tucker Gold study club and the prestigious Seattle Study Club, in addition to other specialized training he has received in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, and occlusion.

When he is not doing dentistry, Dr. Levin loves spending time with family and exploring and learning about the rich desert and outdoor life Arizona has to offer. He has been known to have had a guitar in his hand or rocking out to his favorite tunes. He is also a big fan of movies and any kind of good and interesting reading.

DeAngela started her career in the dental industry 20 years ago as the assistant manager for the OMS faculty and residence program at OHSU Dental School, she has worked with Dr. Brett Hawkins as office manager since 2009.

Karissa is a dental assistant with over 9 years of experience in the dental field. Karissa is from Southern California and loves cheering for her hometown sports teams. She is married and has two rescue cats she adores. In her spare time, she loves going to the gym, hiking, and bowling. She currently bowls on a league every Tuesday night and has bowled in the USBC national mens tournament for the last few years. Her favorite part of being an assistant is being able to educate people on dental health and wellbeing. She maintains running the back office smoothly and is an integral part of our team. We hope you appreciate her enthusiasm and caring personality as much as we do.

I am originally from Wisconsin but have been calling Arizona home since 2003. I graduated with a Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northcentral Technical College in Wisconsin. I have been fortunate to have been working with Dr. Hawkins since 2003. I delight in helping educate and encourage patients about their oral health and overall wellness. I really enjoy the interaction with patients. I am married and have 3 kids that keep me busy with taking them to karate, Girl Scouts, and Cub Scouts. I volunteer as a Girl Scout Leader as well. I also enjoy camping, traveling, reading, watching movies and attending sporting events with my kids.

Patty has been in the dental field for eleven years. She received her dental hygiene training from Phoenix College and then graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. Pattys professional goals include helping patients achieve and take ownership in their oral health.

Patty is originally from Nebraska but has lived in Arizona since 1986. She is married and she and her husband Ron have three children and five grandchildren. She is a big fan of Diamondback baseball and Cardinal football and enjoys traveling, running and spending time with her family and friends.
