Beth was raised in Williamson County and is a Native of Brentwood, TN. With over 26 years experience in customer service and patient relations, she has focused her last seven years managing quality patient care in the dental field. She prides herself in communication; from our New Patients to our families that have been with us since the beginning, she holds the highest of standards when it comes to accommodation of our daily schedule. Shes the voice youll hear and the face youll see upon arrival at our practice. Its her goal to make each patient feel right at home. Beth resides in Franklin with her two sons Jakob and Zakary.
Alison is a dedicated office manager with over thirty years of marketing, public relations, and administrative experience mainly in healthcare-related fields. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee and her Master's degree from the University of Kentucky. She was raised in Nashville, and she lived and worked for several years in Atlanta. She currently resides in Franklin with her husband and two sons.
Robin has been practicing dental hygiene since 1993. She received her B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee. She currently resides in Franklin with her husband, Danny, and their daughters, MacKenzie and Madison.
Tiffany has been practicing dental hygiene since 1998 and has been with Dr. Birdwell since 2006. She received her A.S. degree at Tennessee State University. She was born and raised in Wisconsin and has lived in Williamson County since 1994. She currently resides in Franklin with her husband and two children, Micayla and Isaac.
