2nd time here. He has taken good care of me. They made it painless both times, I tried to talk myself out of it the first time. They reassured me I needed to get my tooth taken care of. I've had bad experiences before. Will go back again.

Very pleased with how they handled my daughter's visit. Tooth extraction was pain-free and over before she knew it. Very patient with children.

Like most people, I had let my teeth cleaning slip by for some time, and was not sure how long I would have to wait to get an appointment. I called Dr. Braasch and they had me scheduled within 2 weeks for my cleaning. Full x-rays and a cleaning in about an hour! Very friendly staff to boot. Thanks, Dr.Braasch and staff. See you again in 6 months!

I think it's time to turn these people in & report a bad review, the receptionist is RUDE and unprofessional. I had great insurance for over 11 years & now have medicaid , I think they discriminate because I was denied ( Deb made me upset because of the transition of my insurane). I can no longer go to them because I stuck up for us people who are less fortunate & went thru divorce, she made it so I can no longer see THAT dentist. I got rude back only explaining that my insurance will soon have dental & she wouldn't even hear me out or check into a new change. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THAT OFFICE!

Miss Deb needs a serious attitude check. She's the worst option for a receptionist as she has absolutely no people skills. She's in the wrong Industry and on top of that the nurses you have cleaning teeth should consider a career change as well!

Very rude and unprofessional. We had to reschedule appointment 3 times, TWO of those times were due to their own unavailability/illness or whatever.This ONE time my daughter missed an apt because she mixed up days (understandably since THEY rescheduled twice) The front desk lady (Deb I think is her name.) was extremely rude, and from what I've read above, needs to learn some people skills. Even slammed phone to hang up on me. She needs a hug.

Dr. Braasch has always taken extra care not to aggravate my severe TMJ. Thank you to my hygienist for the wonderful cleaning, she is very thorough!!

Not a good place to go, the dental products are not up dated and your teeth will root..and the lady that answers the phones is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! she needs to learn how to answer phones and how to talk to people .Do not recommend to no one!
