Dr. Brad Welsh was born and raised in Holmes County, graduating from West Holmes High School in 1986. Dr. Welsh attended Miami University, receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology in 1990, and went on to graduate with multiple honors from Ohio State Universitys School of Dentistry in 1994.
He joined his fathers dental practice in 1994, and took over when his father retired in 1995. In 2003, he built a state-of-the-art dental practice in Millersburg, combining the best in modern dental technology with Dr. Welshs extensive continuing education training in TMJ, dental implants, crowns and bridges, periodontal therapy, endodontics, dental radiology and dental practice management. He has also received special accreditation to provide sedation dentistry to patients with dental phobias or anxiety.
Dr. Welsh and his wife, Melissa, have three children, Katie, Reagan, and Jack. They spend their free time with family and friends, and volunteering and fundraising for the community of Holmes County including providing dental education at local schools and fundraising for the American Cancer Society. Dr. Welsh also spends his free time riding his motocross bike, fishing, and watching the Ohio State Buckeyes.
Dr. Welsh & Associates have over 25 years experience injecting the face and performing oral surgical procedures. He knows many options beyond dermal fillers and Botox/Xeomin injections for facial aesthetic consideration.
In addition, the beauty of going to Dr. Welsh & Associates, especially for dermal fillers, is that you can be NUMB! Just like a dental procedure, he can numb areas of your face with short-lasting anesthetic and you wont feel a thing. Countless times we hear, I didnt even feel the shot or That was the best injection Ive ever had. We inject anesthetic daily and knows how to make these injections comfortable, quick, and relatively painless.
Dr. Welsh & Associates have studied and been thoroughly trained in facial anatomy. Therefore, he understands the physiology, skeletal structures, vascular and nervous system of the face, and overall facial aesthetics.
Dr. Welsh & Associates have extensive training in determining the proper ratios of lips to teeth, the smile considerations when the patients go into a partial or a full smile, proper phonetics, and how the teeth relate to the soft tissue surrounding the mouth.

Not accommodating at all. When I was aware of my inability to make it to my appointment, which was short notice, I immediately called them to reschedule. I was 20 minutes late for the 24 hr prior cancellation notice. They still were going to charge me for the late cancellation fee due to a scenario out of my control. I was willing to reschedule but they were still going to charge me with the late fee. I will take my business to someone more flexible and understanding.

Make sure to triple check your appointments. Was misinformed on mine and showed up a day late. Now I have to wait another two weeks. Oh and it's for my wisdom tooth that was infected, hopefully it don't get worse

I had such a good experience with everyone there! They were all super kind, comforting and helpful and made me feel so welcome. They even called me the same day to see how I was doing. I will definitely be going back again if I need more work done. I would recommend them to anyone! They have helped me overcome my fear of dentists:) Thank you all for all you did!

Dr. Welsh removed my daughter's wisdom teeth. We were extremely happy with the whole experience. He took the time to explain what the procedure would involve and did everything to make her feel comfortable on the day of surgery. The staff was so kind and called to check on her that afternoon. We were sent home with a detailed sheet explaining how to keep her pain free for the next few days. I highly recommend his services.

My first visit to Dr. Brad Welsh and Associates was a very welcoming experience. The associates smiled and treated me graciously. They seemed glad that I was there. The dental care I received was thorough, gentle, and personable. Since my previous dentist retired, I am glad to find a new doctor where I know I will receive quality care on all levels.
