Dr. Kaplan, and his staff, are kind, professional and compassionate. They took the time to explain to me every step of my procedure and were very conscientious about my comfort throughout. Would recommend to anyone looking for an oral surgeon, especially people who are nervous or anxious when it comes to dental procedures.

I had an emergency, needed a tooth extraction, I ha e been living with the pain for a month bad pain ! No one could or would take me in . Finally I called Dr. Brad's office , they were the only one who could get me in n asap, very pleasant on the phone etc ! What a lucky find for me , did not realize how many years he was named " top doctor" in Rhode island ! Anyway This doctor is amazing , his bedside manner is incredible, He explains everything he is doing in a way that you understand. He constantly asks if your doing ok, tells you what he is doing etc . His staff is just as great ! This is what all doctors should be like ! Thank you so much Dr. Brad for what you did for me with no pain !! Don't go anywhere else ! By the way , I can't thank him enough, I can enjoy my summer now ! had zero pain , nothing ! No issues ! Amazing !

Dr. Kaplan was a godsend for my wife. Her face was swollen and she was in great pain. Her dentist recommended an oral surgeon but she could not get in for a month. I started to call around for an oral surgeon and called Dr. Kaplan's office. What an impressive resume. He took her in the next day ,drained the infection from her tooth , and gave her antibiotics. The swelling went down and he removed the tooth in a few days. He also calls his patients at home to check on them. One thing you have to pay for services rendered but they will send in the paperwork to any insurance you may have. Note that his receptionist Tracey is great. What a pleasure to have her answer the phone and handle the paperwork and calling your pharmacy for any prescriptions you may need.

Dr. Kaplan and his team made my tooth removal an absolute pleasure. They were so nice, caring, bedside manner was out of this world! Dental work is triggering for me and this team did every single thing to make the experience as easy as possible. They explained my after care thoroughly and even called once I was home to check on me. Working with you guys was an absolute please, thank you so much!

Dr. Kaplan put in my first implant about 15 years ago. I am a nervous patient and he and his staff put me at east. I never felt any pain, I did what he told me to do and I healed perfectly. I have never had one problem with my implant. I returned to him a few months ago because I need another implant and I am having the same experience. They made sure I understood the procedure and what would happen. They were compassionate during the procedure and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. He called me later that night check in with me (what doctor does that anymore?) Dr. Kaplan's years of training and professional expertise make an expert in the field of implant dentistry. His compassion and kindness put him over the top. The office staff are always very accommodating. It is easy to get an appointment and the office staff are kind, professional and easy to work with. They actually answer the phone! No phone robots here.

Dr. Kaplan and his staff are absolutely outstanding! I have had an apico (12 years ago) and now an implant done with him and he does a fantastic job. Before you decide your course of treatment, he explains everything thoroughly - both the risks and the benefits. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Kaplan and staff are the best. If you need oral surgery go here. Everything is explained, they make you feel relaxed, call to see how you are doing. Plus they scheduled me immediately because I had pain. So thankful to Dr. Kaplan and his staff for taking care of me.
