Dr. Jackie grew up right here in Schaumburg. Dr. Jackie attended the University of Kentucky, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in animal science with high honors. She also attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, and graduated with high clinical honors while becoming the ninth dentist in the family.
Dr. Jackie loves running, yoga, and dressage horseback riding. She also sings, plays the piano, banjo, and guitar, and loves to draw. Dr. Jackie keeps busy with her husband Drew McMahon, Gilly, their Black Lab (Dr. Bobs grand-dog) and her horse Collette. Dr. Jackie is also a Bears Fan.
Dr Sapana grew up in the southwest suburb of Darien. Dr. Sapana attended college at the University of Illinois-Champaign Urbana, where she majored in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Sapana also attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, and graduated with honors.
Dr. Sapana loves to travel, read books, bake, and cross stitch. She has a Shichon dog (Bichon Frise and Shih Tzu) named Hubble. Dr. Sapana states that her husband Alex, loves all things NASA and space, so he picked the name Hubble.
Dr. Bob grew up in Elmhurst, Illinois, where his father (and Dr. Jackies grandfather) Dr. Jerome Slovick owned a dental practice. Dr. Jerome was the first of the nine dentists in the family. Dr. Bob attended Loyola University of Chicago as a biology / chemistry double major, and where he met his wife Sue.
Dr. Bob received early admission to the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors. Dr. Bob is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Bob enjoys spending time with his family: daughter Dr. Jackie, husband Drew and grand dog Gilly; and son Bill, wife June and grandson Aden. Dr. Bob enjoys many outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, and boating, and walking his Labrador retriever Max. Dr Bob also dabbles in wood working and wood carving. Dr. Bobs favorite colors are navy/orange and red/black. Go Bears, Hawks and Bulls!
Vina was born Lithuania, and moved to California when she was 10 years old. Vina receivedher A.A.S. in Dental Hygiene from Harper College. Vina is certified in the administration of local anesthesia, which helpsher provide comfortable periodontal treatment to many ofour patients.
Vina is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association. Her love of science and patient care inspiresher to studythe newest dental hygiene techniques and treatments. Vina alsovaluesthe importance of volunteering, and hopes to help those less fortunate in the community.
Beata then moved with her family to the United States 25 years ago. She continued her medical career first as a Dental Assistant, and then as a G.I. Lab Technician specialist atNorthwest Community Hospital.
Beata now joins our office team with 20 years of Dental Assisting experience. She brings a dedication to friendly, compassionate patient care, and precise clinical skills. Beata is a wonderful addition to our team!
Donna grew up and lives in Streamwoodand graduated fromStreamwood High School. Donna stays busy with the 4 men in her life, her husband Dave, her two adult sons, and her dog Marley. Marley is a Lab-Shepherd mix pup that she adopted in October of 2016 throughRileys Rescue.
Donna enjoys cooking, and has educated Dr. Bob aboutthe culture of the cooking channel. She has a tradition of Meatless Mondays, which challengesher cullinary creativity and expertice. Donna is also known as our office Celebrity Trivia expert, and Rock N Roll super fan.
Lily enjoys all types of music and going to concerts. Her two favorite artistsareDrake andRih-Yonce.Lily is usually seen smiling. This is probably the resultofhealthy eating, and drinking her own concocted fruit infused water beverages.
Sue grew up in Antioch Illinois and is the second oldest of 9 brothers and sisters. Sue graduated from Loyola University where she studied psychology, and received her Masters Degree in Education through National Louis University. Sue is married to Dr. Bob and is Dr. Jackies mom.
Sue lovesreadingmystery novels, and solving crossword, logic, and other word puzzles. She also plays the Guitar, Piano, and enjoys sewing. Sue has worked on her familys geneology, where she has over 2000 documented family members. Sue is our resident country music fan.
JoAnne lives in Schaumburg with her husband Gary, who she says has never grown up. Theirson Shane graduated from Schaumburg High School and Illinois State University. JoAnneworks part time for the Schaumburg Water Department.
Courtney is our newest receptionist,and has become such a great part of our team! She is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all our patients, which she does with warmth and friendliness. Courtney lives here in Schaumburg with her husband JC, son, daughter, and 2 pomeranians.
Dr. Bobs Family Dental values the health and safety of our patients and staff. Our office has systems in place to address the current public health concerns. We follow the CDC recommendations for dental office infection control, as well as additional cleaning and health safety measures.
By design, our office promotes proper disinfection. Our treatment rooms do not have cabinetry or storage. This allows supplies to be kept sterile and the treatment room to be properly cleaned. In addition, all our clinical rooms have Cleankeys sealed keyboards and touch pads. Cleankeys keyboards allow total disinfection between each use.

My dental care at Dr Jackies was excellent. Dr Bob was very committed to my unique situation. He performed every procedure for me to get beautiful new dentures. The office staff especially Courteney and Audie were so helpful . Loved the dogs in the office, very calming. I definitely recommend .

Asked Sue(Jackie's mom) in an email if she could accommodate me for a late appointment. She said they were all booked. I told her I really needed the service or I'd have to find another dentist. She told me in a nice way, good luck! I always paid my bills on time and even gave them a little more that my insurance sent to me. I guess they don't need my money anymore. Must be nice! Sue is the worst so deal with cortney if you deal with them at all. I'm giving my money now to the Dental Store in Sch and they're more than willing to take it! Good Bye Sue! You have a lot to learn about customer service

Dr. Jackie is a miracle worker! I have dental phobia and needed a root canal. She was able to do it in such a way I never felt claustrophobic or anxious. There was ZERO pain, too!!! Just soreness from keeping mouth open so long. Everyone in the office is really nice, too, and helpful. Especially Gilly.

Wow... there's no way you would ever find a nicer, friendlier and more professional staff. Dr.Jackie is just a pleasure. She explains everything thoroughly from process to price...no surprises. She is always smiling and just a pleasure to talk to. During a pendimac, going to a dentist could be intimidating to say the least, but everyone here is super clean and they wipe and sanitize everything after each patient. From the minute you enter the front door, your treated more like family than a customer. Believe me, you won't find a better more professional dentist.

I am SUPER IMPRESSED! Dr. Jackie understood my fear and listened to what I had to say. Every step of the way, the procedures were explained. I felt so at ease my first appointment there, I kept thinking "I can't wait to come back." I loved the atmosphere and how genuine every staff member I encountered was. It was very down to earth yet professional. I have 3 adult children who live in the area and I know they will coming here after I tell them of my experience. The only down side (and being in the business I understand the why) is that you pay in full and get reimbursed from your insurance carrier. Good business practice in helping to keep their costs down and collect their due payment. If you only knew the outstanding dollar amount a dentist is owed you would understand that this is the smallest of inconveniences. Loved the calming peaceful pictures/artwork on the walls and ceiling, the music and I got to meet Lucy. Thank you Dr. Bobs - am happy that I finally found my new dentist!!!

Dr. Bob's Family Dental is a happy place to be. I am always treated with care and kindness. I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to needles, but I can happily say that I have had root canals and crowns here and still left smiling. As a little girl, I always loved going into the treasure chest after seeing the dentist. Now as an adult, I love the kind people and the fun office displays. The giant stuffed animal bears are always in costume and there's always something fun to look at on the ceiling while my teeth are being worked on, as well as fun handheld brainteaser games to work on while my husband's teeth are getting worked on.

Absolutely love the dentists and staff here. Me and my family have been coming here for over 30 years and have always received top notch dental care. My teeth are not the best so I have had my share of visits (crowns, root canals, implants) and I can't say enough about how accommodating, professional and wonderful everyone has been. I was scared to death of dentists before I started coming here and now I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Bob's family dental is one of the most professional dental offices that I have been to. Their dentists and hygienists do an absolute amazing job. They are very caring towards their patients, they always put the patient first before anything. It's a wonderful atmosphere and the best dental office in town ! Definitely recommend it!

My husband, myself and my children have been receiving excellent dental care here for over 10 years. We consider it to be a very family friendly atmosphere, where young families feel very welcomed in bringing their little ones. We have seen both Dr. Jackie and Dr. Bob and would highly recommend seeing either of them. The friendly staff keeps us coming back twice a year, even though it's an hour drive for our family...it's beyond worth it!

This dental office is amazing! Myself and my family go here and I wouldn't trade this office for any other. The atmosphere is very friendly and positive, they make you feel at home. Professional wise, Dr.Bob & Dr.Jackie are the best! They always come up with the best treatment plan for each individual patient, and their work is phenomenal. Their hygienists are very attentive with their cleanings making sure that they take care of their patient's needs accurately. Their staff is very caring and they are always making sure everything is clean and disinfected for each patient! Definitely this is a great Office!

Took my elderly mother to see Dr Bob for an ill fitting denture. After many appointments and much work on relining both dentures as well as an expensive "cleaning" of her 4 teeth the dentures still hurt her, nothing was accomplished. This was no value in his work and it was not cheap.. When it comes to dentures at least i would steer clear of this place.
