Dr. Sullivan and staff are wonderful. They are friendly, professional, and will make you as comfortable as possible. The staff graciously accommodated my request for an earlier appointment due to an urgent matter. Five stars.

I recently got my first teeth cleaning at Dr. Bob's not too long ago, and I was a bit anxious before going, but once it was all said and done, I had a good experience there. The cleaning didn't take too long, and the staff was very kind, helpful, and were quick to answer all of my questions on how I could improve the health of my teeth, they even recommended and gave me samples of tooth care products for me to take home, which was a very nice surprise! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here to get their teeth cleaned.

I came here because of my dental hygienist Rene. I was seeing her at a different dental office which is now closed but because she is very pleasant, gentle and does a good job with my teeth cleaning I tried to find out where she works so I can continue to see her. I was very happy when I discovered she works in this clinic. I find the office very clean, spacious and the dentist nice as well and I didn't have to wait too long. Although the front desk people appears tired, the dentist and dental hygienist appears energetic and eager to serve.

Unfortunately my daughter neglected her dental care while living in California. She has had significant dental work; cleanings, cavities and recently a new crown. She does not have dental insurance and the caring front office staff suggested an in house Dr. Bob dental plan, which helped her with the added expenses. Hygienist Dana is top notch. She not only is a very good dental hygienist, she also takes the time to build a relationship with her patients. Our family were patients of Dr. Donna Bitka for many years. The new dentist, Dr. Ryan Sullivan has exceeded our expectations. His professionalism as well as quality dental work will keep our family coming to Hamburg Dentistry.

The staff is always pleasant and professional. Dana is a great hygienist and keeps the mood light. Everyone is very knowledgeable and always keeps the patient's best interest as the focus.
