Such a positive experience everytime at Dr. Bob's! My whole family receives their dental care from Dr. Bob's of Cheektowaga. Great atmosphere, the staff are always friendly and attentive. Katie, our hygienist, deserves special props - super knowledgeable, I learn something new every visit! I don't think I have enough space or time to tell you how great these guys are, so I'll just say I highly recommend them for family dentistry!

Fantastic experience every time I'm here. My hygienist has been Charlene for the last couple years. She is very friendly and thorough with cleanings. She remembers me and our conversations from 6 months ago every time! The dentist Dr. Martin is very good also, he performed a filling for me previously and I have no complaints. Appointments are easy to schedule with friendly front desk staff, and are on time. I would recommend to anybody looking for a new dentist.

I've been going to Dr. Bob's in Cheektowaga for many years and it's always great service. I was recently in for dental work with Dr. Martin and he did an amazing job and took an extra 5 mins at the end of my appointment to fix a chip in one of my front teeth that happened a few days before my scheduled appointment. He is very thorough and thoughtful of his patients. De. Martin's assistant that day, Tatyana, was great and very helpful to Dr. Martin while he was doing my dental work. I always see the hygienist, Charlene. She is a wonderful and meticulous when cleaning teeth. She's also very sociable which seems to make the appointment go faster and more enjoyable.

Lousy at answering the phone!!! Nobody answers and you just sit there waiting with the phone ringing, it never stops for you to leave a message to get any help with your teeth or appointments!
