Dr Bob was my dentist for 10 years. Needed to go back to get my lowers fixed but the pandemic hit so I had to wait. Then I called back n I got every excuse from not taking any patients to no new patients to don't use my insurance any more yet it's the same as it was when they did see me But had I called sooner they would have. So now I'm straight up being discriminated against for my insurance. Great.

Dr Bobs Dental Care is absolutely great! They literally changed my life and did a full successful reconstructive. Dr. Fabiano and his assistant Cherelle did an absolute outstanding job when they corrected my smile. They are truly the best when it comes to anything and everything dental and will do everything to make sure you are definitely comfortable. Leaving happily and confidently smiling! Highly recommend Dr. Bobs Dental Care Will never go anywhere else. Dr. Fabiano and Cherelle make an excellent team! They're the best, highly recommend!!

First off, let me start by saying I have been a patient of this location for at least 14 years. I live in Niagara Falls and was taking a 60 mile round trip and passing multiple dentists on route. Why you may ask? They had a wonderful periodontal specialist who was using Lanap, a laser treatment which back then, a lot of periodontists were NOT using. His name is Jeffery Dolgos. (He is now located in Orchard Park) I also got attached to Natasha the lovely Russian hygienist, she did a great job of cleaning my teeth. And let's not forget Doctor Gretchen she was awesome!! I knew almost all of the receptionists and most of the staff knew how loyal I was, and the long trip I was making. I was due for a cleaning August 2022 and received a phone call out of the blue no warning that Natasha and Gretchen was no longer working there. I weighed up the pros and cons and decided that they were the reason I was making this hike, and it might be better to go to their location in the falls. Well, apparently that location would not take my insurance. So I had to hunt for a new dentist! Saw my new dentist today and had to call them to transfer my records and was told by Beverly, ( Receptionist) that Natasha had been back working for three weeks and nobody thought to call me? Surely, the first thing you do is call all her old patients and let them know she is back? Somebody dropped the ball here at my expense, very upsetting given how loyal I have been. Doctor Bob can you explain?

Stephen is an awesome Dentist! Found out why my tooth has been hurting me for weeks almost a month.. in minutes. I went there before this time and we werent sure of what is causing the pain. Very happy with today. Cherrelle was also awesome and nice to! Thank you guys

Awful experience. My mother booked me an appointment for a consultation for wisdom teeth extraction, as she's been a patient of the practice long before Dr. Bob took over. She called and spoke to a sweet, new receptionist, Mary, who booked an appt. for me a few days later. On said day, I arrived 5 minutes early to my 8am appt, with my insurance card in tow. Mary was delightful, but she needed assistance with my insurance information. No problem...enter the Office Manager, Ashley. Immediately, Ashley seemed to catch an attitude just looking at me. After 10+ minutes of countless questions over the insurance information, she reached over Mary and hastily handed me a clipboard of paperwork and said (and, I quote) "Your mother said this would be an easy appointment, and it's not. You haven't even filled out the new patient paperwork. It's already 8:07am so we'll have to push you back to 9:30am and see if we can fit you in then. You should have came in earlier. You're welcome to wait or you don't have to. Your mother has been a patient for a long time, so we did you a favor having you come in. We're not even accepting new patients." She then proceeded to berate my mother, falsely claimed she spoke with her on the phone (she hadn't, she just spoke to Mary), and continuously repeated she was doing me a favor by "fitting me in." After a bit of back and forth (including her coming around the front desk, through the door of the office waiting room and continuing to argue with me, after I had already ended the interaction), I opted to leave. The level of professionalism was atrocious. Dr. Bob and Associates - for more details, please speak to your HR team. The two women my mother spoke to about this experience were lovely and very apologetic on Ashley's behalf. To Mary, I truly hope you continue on and quickly take over as the Office Manager. For the sake of the practice!

Cindy is fantastic! ashe is sweet, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. I have been coming to Dr. Bob's for years and highly recommend the Williamsville office.

I've been going to Dr. Bobs for about a year and have only had good experiences. I appreciate the appointment reminder system they have in place and the office is always clean. Lynn, one of the dental techs, is extremely personable and thorough in her exams. Both times she's checked my teeth she's given me tons of good tips to improve their health and is generally pleasant to talk to. I never feel rushed at this office. Another upside-they have tons of parking and the office is right off the highway!
