I found Dr. Bob on Google, after a certain orthodontist who shall remain nameless (here's a hint, it begins with a G and ends in an H ) refused to repair my top permanent retainer. Actually, all I needed was one dot of bonding glue to adhere the wire back to a tooth. That's it. The doctor, at the other place, was extremely RUDE and did not bother to explain why he refused to do the repair. I will light that place up, on a separate review. Don't you worry. Back to Dr. Bob, he is so nice, friendly, personable, a good listener, and just awesome. He took the time to assess the top retainer and tell me exactly what would be done including the bonding agent that seemed to work well on an employee there. He gave me the good and the bad which I truly appreciated. He let me know my options should this not work, but he remained optimistic and didn't allow me and my mind to stay in the place of "what ifs". lol. I wish I found Dr. Bob sooner, but better late than never. If I ever need anything else related to orthodontia, I will be sure to see Dr. Bob. I will definitely refer anybody that I even remotely mention needing orthodontia to Dr. Bob, as well! Keep up the awesome work Dr. Bob and team!

You can tell when you walk into the doors of a business if the customers AND the employees are happy. I feel this enthusiasm and positive energy each time I come in for my appointments. No one really enjoys getting braces, but the pro's overwhelmingly exceed the con's because of how I am treated by everyone at Dr. Bob's office. They care and show me through their professionalism and kindness that I matter, which also offers added motivation to see the whole process through to a successful end. I have already referred other (satisfied) families to Dr. Bob and will continue to do so. Thank you so much, Dr. Bob and team for all you do :)

Can I add more than 5 stars? Seriously let me gush a bit here. I have an extensive dental background from working in the industry. When checking out orthodontists in the area to get consults for my kids, I was horrified at what done of them suggested. Having the dental background made it harder for me because I knew was something was not accurate. Dr. Bob and his staff are incredible. No nonsense and to the point. They make everything easy and uncomplicated from start to finish. All scheduling is easy and flexible and the staff... friendly, sweet, knowledgeable, and just plain amazing. Let me save you time, don't go anywhere else for consults, just come here and let them take care of you.

Dr. bob is just absolutely awesome. Extremely knowledgeable with treating me and my 11 year old. He is an expert in the field and I will highly recommend him for adults and kids alike! We will miss Dr. Bob and his amazing team.

Dr. Bob and his staff have been absolutely phenomenal through our entire experience! They are always so friendly, positive, and reassuring with our daughter. We would highly recommend this office for anyone's orthodontic needs!

After 16 years of being told my open bite would need surgery to fix, or that it was un-fixable; I decided to come by Dr. Bobs office for a free consultation. My daughter currently wears invisalign (Amazing results). Dr. Bob was honest from the start and told me I could and should see results, but it may not be the perfect smile due to the severity of the open bite. I took a chance, BEST INVESTMENT I've ever made. Here we are 6 months later and I feel like a completely different person. My open bite is completely gone, and I actually like to smile now. There's still 6 months left on my plan to refine any small imperfections. I recommend Dr.Bobs office to anyone who isn't happy with their smile, regardless of age. (I'm almost 30!) Life Changing, can't put a price tag on that.

The best customer service i have received in a long time. All the girls are simple amazing not to mention Dr Bob. Just start my procedure will come back to brag about my new smile soon lol .

Love all the staff at Dr. Bobs office he is wonderful and personable. The office girls are young and up on the cool stuff kids like to talk about, plan on going to the same office with my younger child, very pleased.

Best Orthodontist EVER. They continously work with my ever changing work schedule and not to mention the staff is awesome. I fly from California and rent a car just to come here. This is hands down what quality service is all about.
