Dr. Blake Winokur is a native of Westchester, New York, and received his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Winokur not only utilizes the most advanced dentistry techniques and materials currently available, but he also provides his patients with warm and friendly service in a comfortable atmosphere. As a respected member of the dental community, Dr. Winokur maintains membership in a number of accredited and respected dental organizations, including the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the New York Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He received the title of Fellow by the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2013 and is honored to be part of a distinguished group of international dentists who both surgically place and restore dental implants. Dr. Winokur and his wife, Kiersten, are residents of Ridgefield, CT. They are proud parents to their beautiful girls, Sloane and Liv. Dr. Winokur is an avid golfer and since moving to the suburbs has become quite the grill master. When not playing golf or grilling, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, traveling, and living a healthy lifestyle.
I started working with Dr. Boyce in 1998 and transitioned with her to Rolling Hills Dentistry in April of 2018. I am ICE (Infection Control), RHS (Radiation Health and Safety), and CPR certified. I am skilled in both front office administration and direct patient care. When I am not working I enjoy teaching cardio dance class, working on my water garden and spending time with my two nieces.

I can't say enough positive things about this facility. Every single clinician and service associate is of the upmost professional and understanding. Never judgemental! Coming from someone who has anxiety with just the sound of the drill, they help me through it. This is THE place to go!

5 At a recent cleaning with Elouise, one of the top hygienists in the industry, and subsequent diagnosis of needing a crown, Dr Winnokur, along with the very capable assistant Aida, performed what could only be described as a very comfortable and pleasing experience. The procedure went flawlessly and I'm extremely happy with the outcome. The girls at the front desk were warm and welcoming, even some of the staff stopped by the room to offer their positive well wishes. I would highly recommend Rolling Hills Dentistry

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Rolling Hills Dentistry. Everyone there is so helpful and informative. They really took time to explain in detail what was involved with my procedure. They contacted my insurance company and made clear what was and wasn't covered prior to my procedure so there were no surprise bills in the mail after . The Doctors and Hygienist took pride in their work , and the rest of the staff was on point as well. I got a warm reception when I arrived , and left well informed on how to care for myself post procedure . They even called me the following day to check on me . I'll be referring them to my friends and family in the future.

Dr.Winokur and his whole team are the most amazing people I've had the pleasure of being around. Right from my 1st call to his office and speaking to Alyssa who was beyond professional and helpful to my problem. You could be having a terrible day and once you enter the office your whole mindset will change. I think its in the air there lol. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Winakor! My husband and I have had multiple procedures performed at Rolling Hills Dentistry. Every procedure WAS FLAWLESS. I recently had an implant and a crown replaced. Both procedures were painless and easy. Dr W talks you through each step and makes you feel very comfortable. I had my crown replaced in one sitting. The advantage of having a facility where they make your crown on site is priceless! The one step process is amazing! I walked out completely done! The entire staff is caring and extremely pleasant to deal with. My husband recently had crowns placed on his front teeth. His results are AMAZING! His teeth look so natural and beautiful. My husband smiles more now because of the beautiful job done by Dr. W.

I actually don't mind going to the dentist when it's Dr Winokur and his team! My last dental office gave painful cleanings and now that I go to Rolling Hills it's a breeze. Super clean, sleek atmosphere with all the modern dental technology. PS my kids go there and they are awesome with the littles!

I've never written a review for a dentist before, but this is the best dentist I've ever been to. Great service and cutting edge technology to make things easy, fast and painless. In one visit they did a 3d model of a tooth that needed a crown, used a 3d printer to create a perfect replica, and fitted perfectly and painlessly. They also did an awesome job bonding a front tooth so that it looks both perfect, and natural. Dr. Winokur and his staff are simply the best.

Just had another great visit to Rolling Hills Dentistry for the usual periodic x-rays and cleaning. Can't speak more highly of the entire staff there (you can tell they all truly enjoy where they work!). But Hygienist Extraordinaire Elouise deserves a special shout-out. She's a true professional, incredibly thorough and careful, and super kind. So go to Rolling Hills Dentistry and ask for Elouise!

Highly recommend Dr. Winnokur and the staff at RHD. They are so welcoming and very professional. The hygienists are well educated and actually care for the well being of their patients. I am so glad I finally found a dentist who listens to my concerns and makes a long-term plan for me!

Of all the dentists I have been to in my life, only Dr. Winokur at Rolling Hills has made me numb prior to a procedure. For my entire life I assumed all dental procedures were painful to some degree, but the doctors and staff at Rolling Hills made sure the procedure was completely pain free. If you have had similar issues, where drilling of a tooth was painful even though you have had many shots already (in my case, 5 shots), consider Rolling Hills because they care about your experience. Dr. Winokur refused to work until I was completely numb. He worked out plan for future visits and my recent work was completed with fewer injections than previous procedures and totally pain free. The staff are very friendly, considerate and helpful. I am very happy I found Rolling Hills and I highly recommend them!

I came from south Florida where I had a very extensive tooth bonding procedure done. I was super nervous joining a new practice that could handle this level of experienced bonding. Dr. Winokur exceeded my expectations. He fixed a small hole in my bonding with ease. Not to mention the level of professionalism his office has towards their patients. My teeth are so clean and perfect. I would trust him with any procedure.

Have you ever walked out of a dental appointment and said, "Wow, what an amazing, lovely, and pain-free experience?" Yea, me neither until NOW! From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the friendly front desk staff to the time I checked out (and made another appointment,) I was made to feel so comfortable and the problem I went in for was fixed beyond my expectations (a chipped front tooth!) I can't say enough about Dr. Winokur and Joanne as they both were just fantastic on so many levels taking so much time to explain and go over every aspect of what was happening. I HIGHLY recommend Rolling Hills for any of your dental needs if you want a wonderful experience! I'm so glad I found this practice!

From the first person you speak to when setting up an appointment to the moment you leave the dental chair, the service you get from Rolling Hills Dentistry is professional, caring, and personal. I honestly can't say enough about Dr. Winokur and the entire staff at Rolling Hills Dentistry. I have seen them for routine teeth cleanings and x-rays as well as fillings and crowns. Because of an unpleasant experience at a prior dentist, I was very nervous to have any dental work done. Dr. Winokur is very patient . He takes the time to explain the process taking place and stops to make sure that I am doing okay. My husband and children are also fans of everyone at Rolling Hills. The entire staff is so pleasant to interact with. They are professional, friendly and genuine! Communication regarding appointments, procedures, insurance and payments is excellent. I could go on for a while, but the bottom line is that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rolling Hills Dentistry!
