Dr. Blaine Leeds, DDS, has been practicing technologically advanced general and cosmetic dentistry since graduating with honors from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 1996. Dr. Leeds is a member of the American Dental Association, The Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, The American Teledentistry Association and is a Dawson Academy Scholar. Dr. Leeds is the founder and current leader of the Nashville - Dawson Academy Study Club. Dr. Leeds has been practicing almost exclusively in the world of clear aligner orthodontics since 2017, having been one of the first 170 general dentists certified nationally in 1997 by Invisalign. He has completed thousands of short term, mild crowding orthodontics cases in his career. Dr. Leeds is also a leader in Teledentistry, and in 2015 with the help of PhD labs in Los Angeles created his own app for dentistry called Smile Finder. Dr. Leeds is also completing training with Vivos Corporation in Colorado in 2019 to become a national leader in Sleep Apnea / Obstructed Airway Treatment.
Dr. Leeds operated two private practices in Arkansas for 22 years which he eventually sold and merged with a larger group and relocated to Nashville in 2017. Currently, Dr. Leeds resides in Nashville and primarily practices in Tennessee but operates in nine states in total. Dr. Leeds is married to his best friend and wife of 29 years, Jolie, and has two grown sons, Brandt (28) and Brennan (24). Dr. Leeds' sister and brother-in-law, Drs. Darby and Chad Follis are both honor graduates from the University of Tennessee and practice in the Cool Springs area near Franklin. In his spare time, he loves spending time with family, watching sports, and making music with his friends in Nashville and Arkansas.

Dr. Leeds designed the pattern of my invisible aligners : Movement pressure gradually tapers off over time, but I do have concerns of treatment rendered (given the minute amount of radiation involved)without even a suggestion of CR/X-Ray to track root health.

Dr Danny Blaine is practicing orthodontics in other states for smile direct club. Just look at all the complaints against smile direct club on the better business bureau website and make your own decision. Any dentist associated with smile direct club either does not care about the quality of work they are providing or doesnt care about the patient and should not practice dentistry. Dr blaine and smile direct club tried to sue the state of Alabama (Dr leeds and smile direct club vs. The Alabama board of dentistry) and lost. He obviously turns a blind eye to the thousands of complaints against smile direct club with the better business bureau and keeps taking innocent victims money that has had damage to there teeth from the aligners or from broken promises that they will make you a beautiful smile. Then when you complain for months and sometimes years to get a refund they still try to cheat you out of your money and when you finally get a refund which can be so little that it isnt worth the trouble they make you sign a non disclosure form so you cant talk about your bad experience and horrible service with them. Dr blaine knows this is going on and he among other dentists that are affiliated with smile direct club obviously does not have a conscious or enjoys taking money from people who deserve better than the service they are getting. If the dentists with smile direct club was so proud of their work with smile direct club then they would let everyone know what they do. They dont even put their full name on the smile direct aligner packages so it makes it almost near impossible to track the dentists down that are "providing you with a perfect smile". So tell me Dr Blaine are you REALLY proud of the work you and other dentists working with smile direct club have provided for people all across the United states? If you really are then let everyone know by posting it in your waiting area for your own patients and while your at it print out the big stack of complaints with the better business bureau against The smile direct club so all of your patients can see what you and other dentists are really providing.
