I just had a cleaning here, OMG what a horrible experience. I came 15 minutes late because I got lost and instead of canceling my appointment they took me and the dentist rushed through my entire cleaning. I have never had such a bad cleaning. I still feel plaque on my teeth. I'm use to getting a cleaning and my gums being irritated because they cleaned it so well. I'm beyond upset. The doctor made a dirty joke as well. I will NEVER go back here. Go somewhere else people, its not worth it! I am trying to get my money back for this visit because I refuse to wait another 6 months to get a cleaning after such a horrible job. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

It has some years ago, but i was sitting in her chair, and she was in the process of taking some of my Teeth out. All of sudden i felt this instrument jabbed down on my left front gum, and it came down very, very, very, very hard. It was excrutiating, the Pain was horrible. I got up and left. Then this knot came up on my gum. When i came back, she said that she could'nt do any work on my mouth. I went to Doctor Stubbs on 8th Street S.E , And he said someone was working on you and PUT A KNOT ON YOUR GUM. HE SAID IT LIKE IT WAS BAD. After some time i realized why she would'nt see me anymore. SHE DAMAGED ME AND, WOULDN'T WORK ON BECAUSE THAT WAS POSSIBLY MALPRACTICE. IT WAS AWFUL BUT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. I WENT PAST THE TIME TO REPORT IT BUT I AM GOING TO CHECK IT OUT, BECAUSE THE KNOT IS STILL THERE, AND NOT TO MUCH CAN BE DONE TO REPAIR THAT SO I CAN GET DENTURES. I was devastated by that. It Hurt me to think that She Would do that. I guess my records are Disposed of by now. I have Sought The Lord About this also. I am Apalled by This. The Lord has taught me to Forgive People that Have Harmed Me, and i have Forgiven Her for it, but It has Me Puzzled Whe She so abruptly told me She could'nt Work on My Mouth without telling me the Real Reason. That Hurt!!!!!!!

I am sorry you feel this way about Dr. Baker, Meduza DC. My child has been seeing Dr. Baker since she was two now 13. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Baker and her dentistry. I am very satisfied with her professionalism.

Dr. Baker has been seeing both of my daughters since they were 2. She's very patient with the children, and makes them feel very comfortable about their care. I've recommended several friends to her and they love her as much as our family does!

She has Saturday hours. She is very thorough. I have gone to her office for years. Only complaint, sometimes her appointments get backed up.

This is truly a hidden gem on Capital Hill. This is the dentist you went to when you were a kid, the place where they made you feel welcome and got down to the nitty gritty of what's going on in your mouth without making you feel pressured to get $3000 veneers or a cosmetic whitening treatment. If you want an affordable, clean, friendly dentist who won't try to upsell you on anything more than a $20 fluoride treatment, I cannot recommend Dr. Bennye Malone and her colleagues at Capital Hill Dental Associates enough.

Dr.Baker is Very arrogant She talks to the PARENTS and CHILDERN like they are beneath her !! She even treats her Dental assistant like Trash that's why it's always a new one when u see her !! I STRONGLY ADVISE U TO LOOK INTO ANOTHER DENTIST FOR YOUR CHILD U WONT BE HAPPY HERE !!! TRUST ME and I'm not a angry client Strongly felt someone needs to speak on her Behavior. VERY OLD KEPT DENTIST NEEDS WORK DONE !! WORK ON YOUR ATTITUDE OR DONT BE A CHILD DENTIST SIMPLE
