I've been going to Dr. Woo for about ten years. I went to him recently and he wasn't doing any dentistry work due to Covid19. He had a dentist working under him Dr. Thalliopy . The worst nightmare ever!! I think I was her first root canal. She didn't know what she was doing!! During root canal she started asking the other workers questions on how to use the tools! She couldn't get the poker in my root canal and kept asking why it wouldn't work . She dropped the poker out of my mouth during X-ray causing bacteria to go in my canal. I ended up in hospital for two days. My face was swollen like a balloon very scary. The worst nightmare. I've reported her to dentistry bureau she is under investigation. I'm pursuing forward with other avenues too. I suggest you go elsewhere. Shame on Dr. Woo for allowing her to work there!! Dr . Woo, I haven't fully recovered and I have no idea where your information came from that I did!!! First of all , you referred me to someone that you KNOW because no one else would touch me after they saw I had a swollen face .Your dentist closed me up with infection in my mouth! That's procedure right?? you screw up and than send me to a specialist ( your friend) that I pay $1,600 to .To fix your F--k up! How convenient you make money and so does your partner!! We all know the dental board doesn't take a license immediately. When enough people report her than it may happen. That's why it's important for others to read this review! You took money from me and put me in the hospital, for her incompetence!! The truth will come out !! You should be ashamed of yourself for making statements on here that aren't true!! And you didn't have the decency after putting me in hospital to refund me the $500 for closing me up with a infection in my mouth, because the dentist had no idea how to do a root canal!!!

Made a bad crown, my lower tooth got cracked, I got an. Inflammation and he gave me an antibiotic which increased my blood pressure. He saids he's retiring in one year, refused To refund me. He clearly does not care about bad reviews.

What a great dentist! 5 out of 5 all day. It was really convienant to me because they took my insurance over the phone. Dr. Woo and team are very professional! Thanks

I'm 54 years old, and I've had many dentists over the years. Dr. Woo is by far the best dentist I've ever had. The building isn't fancy, but Dr. Woo and his staff are top-notch! He is a good, friendly, honest dentist who won't try to push unnecessary dental work on you. I just love this guy!

I'm 54 years old, and I've had many dentists over the years. Dr. Woo is by far the best dentist I've ever had. The building isn't fancy, but Dr. Woo and his staff are top-notch! He is a good, friendly, honest dentist who won't try to push unnecessary dental work on you. I just love this guy!
