Dr. Benjamin Metz is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University where his surgical dentistry doctorate was earned in 1987. He earned his Certificate and Masters in Periodontics from Case Western Reserve University in 1989. He established himself on the East Coast following years of extensive periodontal training. Throughout the following decade, Dr. Metz maintained a busy practice while providing exclusive periodontal care to patients throughout the Northeast Tri-State region. In order to establish himself in an ever evolving field, Dr. Metz has attended numerous nationwide seminars and training programs to master the state of the art techniques in the field of periodontics.

I just wanted to say I had the best experience with Dr. Metz and his employees. I had a couple procedures done, a frenectomy and a gum graft and they both went great. Dr. Metz and his assistant were very helpful with explaining the process to me and keeping me calm through something I had never experienced before. The receptionist was kind and worked with me and my crazy schedule. She also took the time to explain how the insurance/billing worked by showing me on the receipts/papers given to me after the procedure. The kindness they showed throughout the whole process meant everything to me and with the procedure being quick and painless, I know where I'll go if I ever need to have any periodontal work again.

UPDATE: Just stamped, so to speak, HEALED and it feels good! My final check-up was this week and all was in excellent order. Appointment was quick but thorough, all staff polished and professional, and atmosphere pleasant and productive. No surprises! No hidden fees! No drama! No trauma! This continues to be a most respectful, professional office treating every person with respect and attention. So very blessed to be referred to Dr. Metz! Professional and personable service at every step! Dr. Metz and staff thoroughly present accurate information in a timely fashion while recommending treatment plans with payment options. Not only is the treatment plan top-notch, but also, so is every part of the process. Appointments are on time, dental assistant and hygienist skilled, accounting department thorough, and office staff excellently efficient. All staff members are polite, gracious, caring, and kind. Dr. Metz treats everyone respectfully and graciously as quality service is performed. I wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Dr. Metz and staff.
