Dr. Rosales is great, however I think he's had some staffing issues since the pandemic hit. I'd been going here since I moved to the area in 2016 and had a great experience with his practice, found a hygienist that I loved and would make sure to schedule my cleanings with her. When I finally made an appointment after they started seeing patients again, that hygienist no longer worked there and I keep getting a different person every visit. They recommended a deep cleaning which I did, but even though they wanted to see me every 3-4 months for follow ups, they were always booked up and said they would call to squeeze me in when they had a cancellation, which never happened. Even my regular appointment I had to call back and schedule because they never followed up. Yesterday was my last visit with this practice because they informed when when I checked in that they were no longer an in-network provider for my insurance and they're waiting the fee (they said $180+, my insurance statement said $400+) since I was a long time patient and that no one informed me prior to my appointment. They made it an easy decision for me to leave after that and I was already on the fence since they seem too busy to make appointments and there's never any parking. When I call/text to check in, they take a long time to respond if they do at all. It's a shame that they seem to be going through staffing issues.

Such wonderful customer service! They are always honest, patient and caring. Not trying to rip you off. I really appreciate the conservative approach and trust Dr. Rosales and the team 100%!
