Dr. Cassalia and his staff have provided orthodontic care for families in the suburban Philadelphia area since 1994. Our offices offer many options when it comes to your orthodontic needs. Dr. Cassalia and his team provide orthodontic services for adults and children utilizing state-ofthe-art techniques and technology. From traditional metal and ceramic (tooth-colored) braces to Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. Patients are individually evaluated to create the custom treatment plan best suited for their needs.

As orthodontic techniques have advanced, Dr. Cassalia has been on the forefront of revolutionizing the way to a new smile with his Lingual Wirelign or Wirelign technique, a concept he introduced more than 20 years ago and has been using to improve the smiles and lives of patients throughout the Delaware Valley.
Dr. Cassalia is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry where he continued his education in the post graduate program specializing in orthodontics. While attending Temple University, Dr. Cassalia was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Epsilon National Dental Honor Society and was a receipt of the All-American Scholar Collegiate Award for Academic Excellence. Dr. Cassalia has also published articles in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics and the local Bucks County Womens Journal. Dr. Cassalia is also the inventor and developer of the Wirelign procedure and his patented ProWire orthdontic alignment system.
Dr. Franks has been part of our team for over 15 years. She was employed in our practice as a clinical assistant while working toward her doctorate degree in dentistry. Dr. Franks is a graduate of Temple University School of dentistry. She has been a significant part of our team working with our patients and specializing in Dr. Cassalias patented Wirelign procedure. Dr. Franks has been an intricate part of the development and maintenance of the Wirelign organization as well. The Wirelign organization was developed to educate other doctors on the details of the Wirelign procedure to enhance smiles throughout the world.
We create an environment that is conducive to open communication between our team and patients. Proper communication keeps our patients informed throughout the orthodontic process. This enhances cooperation, efficiency and benefits orthodontic treatment.
The field of orthodontics has made extraordinary advancements in the past decade with the use of space age super-elastic wires, frictionless bracket systems and advancements in aligner systems such as Invisalign and Invisalign Teen. Dr. Cassalia has been at the forefront of this orthodontic revolution, developing his Wirelign technique. A concealed orthodontic procedure, Lingual Wirelign is done completely behind the teeth without the use of braces or removable aligners (trays). As a result, our office in addition to providing traditional orthodontic care has evolved into a sub-specialty of concealed orthodontic solutions to orthodontic problems for adults and the self-conscious teen.

Dr. C and all of his staff are amazing. I myself was a patient of the practice in my very late 20s. Since then, all three of my children as well as my sister have been patients. Just a wonderful experience. In fact, my teenage daughter just finished treatment and wants to pursue a career in orthodontics now.

This would be a one star review if we didn't love the doctor himself. We adored Dr. Cassalia when he treated our son, but we had an awful experience with the office manager when my son returned for a wire replacement which wasn't sitting properly, to the point where his back teeth were not touching when he bit down. I was told, after not being able to fully explain the problem, "so you're the expert!" and "don't tell us how to do our job!" She read some things from my son's chart which weren't relevant and completely misunderstood the issue and dismissed my concerns. My son returned after she complained about the tight schedule and Dr. Cassalia had no trouble correcting the issue. She told my son upon leaving that "if your mom speaks to me that way you'll have to find another orthodontist." When I showed up at the office she again didn't let me speak, asked me to leave and said "if you don't leave I'm going to break down right now." This person needs to leave her job pronto. Needless to say we're taking her advice to go elsewhere.

Came in for Invisalign which went well but when my treatment was complete and I was left unhappy with the results I felt I was pushed away. I was told to go to my regular dentist for bonding (understood why) which I did but when this continued to fail and my spaces began to widen and regress I reached out for another appointment/consult/wire replacement. After leaving multiple voicemails and to continuing to call with no answer or return call I am left feeling as though they took my money and ran. Even a return call to say they can't further help, and possibly provide me with a referral would be good practice.

I could not be more happy with the quality of treatment I've had with Dr Cassalia and his staff. In just 6-7 short months with Wirelign, I had an incredible transformation of my smile, which I never imagined could happen. If you've struggled with finding the best solution to correct crowding or misaligned teeth, I strongly recommend you see Dr C!!

I went with the Wirelign. I would absolutely recommend it and this clinic. The process was so easy, painless, and fast. The staff was professional and very welcoming. As for Dr. Cassalia, the don't come any nicer. I love the results and will miss my visits.

After having braces as a pre-teen and not wearing a retainer over the years, a gap developed in the front two teeth...within a few months, using Dr. C's wiring method (no braces!) my smile was perfect! Now my kids go there and we couldn't be happier with Dr. C and his entire staff!

Took my daughter...who happens to have special needs..to this office and could NOT have been more happy. Everyone was amazing. The free consultation went smooth and there was NO PRESSURE. We ended up doing a palate expander and a retainer series. She struggled a bit with the molds but the ladies there were very patient and caring. Dr C was AMAZING and down to earth with us. I will go no where else when its my sons turn...once he stops sucking that thumb lol

Dr. Cassalia is super nice, professional and really cares about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone in the Upper Bucks area. They also have a beautiful office in Ottsville. Barb is great too, she answers your questions and goes the extra mile to help you.
