I missed 2 appointments with this doctor, once because I got held over at work and the second time was because my special needs son had to be taken to his doctors and I was sent a letter saying I should go elsewhere, well thats what I plan on doing. If you are reading this I highly suggest you do the same and go elsewhere.

Bad experience every time I went here for a good year, very glad I stopped going here every time I went they would charge my mom for every single thing and later found out they weren't sending things to the insurance therefore we had to pay MORE and out of pocket. I wish this wasn't the experience for me but it had been the same for other people I know Dr. Ayala made me feel horrible about my teeth every time along with my sisters and always found a way to charge us for fillings that we did not have to pay for with insurance. I now go to a private dentist with the same insurance and only have to pay a small co pay which was not the case here at this place. Bad service from Dr. Ayala like the other reviews say she makes patients feel horrible about teeth and was no help when confronting about payments with insurance

Amazing experience everytime I come here. Everybody there is super nice and knowledgeable and Dr. Ayala is AMAZING!

It was a horrible experience. I was going to Dr.Ayala for about 2 years which was fine until I had to get fillings. Right after I was in terrible pain I couldn't chew or have my toop teeth touch my bottom teeth. I asked her to correct it which was a mistske. She just drilled into my teeth and the pain got worse. During the process she hit a nerve years later the side of my face is still numb. The front office staff is very nice but Dr. Ayala is very rude, not helpful and acts like we're bothering her when there is questions or complaints. She doesn't fix the issue just keeps scheduling appointments to take your money. I just hope I can save everyone the time, money and pain by not going to this office. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Ayala is a very sweet, honest, and knowledgeable Dentist. Dr. Ayala's staff are just as amazing and make going to the Dentist office a breeze. Nevertheless, Dr. Ayala's appointments are scheduled beautifully. I have never had to wait to be seen more than 15 minutes. The customer service and care provided by this office is one of a kind. Afraid of the dentist? Come to Dr. Ayala Family Dentistry. They open their doors like you are part of their family. I wasn't sure how my young kids would react to the different sounds of the teeth cleaning, suction and air tools. They let them "play" with these tools to allow them to be more comfortable. With their friendly staff, the kids felt comfortable and the noises didn't bother them. If the kids are not ready, they don't force them, they just re-schedule for another time. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr Ayala Family Dentistry is awesome as a whole! Not only is she kind, patient and understanding of your needs, the office staff and dental assistants are ALL very pleasant! It's always a great experience when I'm at her office! It's a happy environment! They make you very comfortable! They also work with you financially if needed! They are great all around! I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend them!

My husband and daughter both go to Dr Ayala for their dentistry needs. They helped make my daughter feel comfortable to the point where she wasnt scared of the dentist. My husband has a crazy work schedule and they worked with him to get him in best availe time for him. He didnt have to wait very long to get an appointment to be seen. They have wonderful staff and they make the patients feel comfortable and ease. They're very professional and no nice. They do a wonderful job of making their patients feel comfortable and at ease as well as giving the sense of family surrounding. Dr Ayala does an exellent job and is one if the best dentist available in my opinion.

Dr Ayala and staff are Awesome. They were very compassionate, gentle & caring. Dr. Ayala tends to all her patients personally. She went over the details of the treatment needs and plans for treatment. The treatment was provided without causing pain. The staff was attentive, caring and kind as well. Im giving this place a one star because the service is so bad. I'm not talking about the receptionist, they were really nice and helpful. But Dr.Ayala and the other staff were very unprofessional. I got a filling on one of my cavities and they connected two teeth together making it worst. I had to get it removed by another dentist. Also they over charged everything and were very rude. I do not recommend this place.

I've had a bad experience with dentists in the past, and when I heard of how good and patient Dr Ayala and her staff was I had to go and believe for myself. I've been with them for a year or two now and I can absolutely say I love dr Ayala and her staff! They are so patient, and friendly and give you the best care and advice when needing to go to other dentists for certain mouth surgeries.
