I have to say this awful dentist office charged me for being 13 minutes late to a "2 hour procedure" $100 dollars. There has been no canceled appointment as I look forward to their response on their Google review. There are many things I would like to say about the staff here however, there will not be anymore referrals to come from me. I believe the dentist along with his unprofessional staff will have more complaints to drop his 4 1/2 star review down. Also, this has been a nightmare sitting waiting for him to simply write a check back to me of my credit that was on the books. I will be happy to answer any questions in regards to bad business. The procedure again was a 2 hour appt. I am afraid they are simply not wanting to do the job and take $ from their patients. Have a good day Dr. Austin Roberts you robbed me of $100 for 13 minutes late and showed me how you are very diligent in your bad business.

Came as a new patient today and had a great experience and the hygienist was very sweet and gentle during my cleaning. The dental chair has a built in massager and that was awesome.

Super friendly staff got me in quickly, Dr. Roberts found the root problem and discussed all my options to address and fix it! I will absolutely be returning and recommending!!

I was constantly being canceled on and they were unable to reschedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame. They clearly have enough patients and don't need anymore!

Awful! I was treated horribly as soon as they had the money for my procedure. I ended up needing surgery to correct the damage done to me. I would rather pull my own teeth out than go back there.

I recommend this place 100%! They have the sweetest staff and Dr. Roberts was so kind, gentle, and very positive. He takes your questions and concerns very seriously and wants to look at every option to make things better for you. Best dentist in town! Will definitely go back!

The staff here are so friendly! They made setting up an appointment so easy and were very helpful. Dr. Roberts is professional and personable. The office is also gorgeous and clean! So impressed with every aspect.

Dr. Roberts and his staff know how to make patients feel welcome. They do every time. He did a filling on one of my back teeth a while back. I went in for a standard cleaning and he didn't like the looks of the filling he did. He asked me to come back so he could redo it at no charge. That says a lot about the integrity of the practice. I would have had no idea. Do yourself a favor and go to them; you won't be disappointed.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for three years. He is fantastic. He is a skilled dentist who cares for his patients. He and his high-quality team, from the front desk to the dental hygienists, are personable and able to quickly put patients at ease. The office is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. In addition the office is fully state-of-the-art from the x-ray equipment to the massage chairs. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts Family and Implant Dentistry.

I was so impressed with how gentle, patient and caring Dr. Roberts and Hannah were while giving my 5 year old daughter several fillings all at one time. They were so laid back, explained the process so she could understand and kept her comfortable through it all. Highly recommend for all your family dentistry needs!

Dr. Roberts and his staff are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I came to Dr. Roberts for a second opinion after my local Nashville dentist was not able to correctly diagnose a zinger I was having. My previous dentist had already crowned two teeth that he thought contributed to the problem, and was now recommending a root canal and a crown on a third tooth. Dr. Roberts found it to be a cracked tooth. This hairline crack was not showing up in X-rays, but Dr. Roberts was still able to diagnose and provide a treatment plan. The root canal and crown my Nashville dentist suggested would not have fixed my problem, and only would've cost me more money. I'm so thankful for Dr. Roberts correctly diagnosing my pain, and I'm 100% confident in him and his staff to take excellent care of my smile going forward. Yes, it's a 2.5 hour drive back to my home town for my visits, but it's worth the peace of mind. I strongly recommend Dr. Roberts to anyone searching for a new dentist or needing a second opinion.
